The gentlemen (and that's being extremely nice), sold us and installed a badly rebuilt transmission... Was told upon pickup to look out for any leaks that are red in color on the ground. It leaked from the time it was returned to me... our neighbor pointed the leaked fluid out to us the week after we got it home. Each time we tried to return the vehicle to have it serviced "under warranty" shortly thereafter, "conveniently" they didn't have a mechanic available to look into or fix it. Thousands of dollars of our hard earned money down the drain. You cannot convince me they didn't know they knew they were installing a piece of junk into my car. This is so hurtful to say the VERY LEAST. I'd say steer clear at all costs. We have spent so much money over the last year paying for the car to be lifted to replace leaked transmission fluid. Verdict the last 2 times we took it back to Philly for it to be looked at? "Looks like the rebuild on this one was bad and I don't have anyone to fix it... the work would have to be outsourced." If you've made it this far into the review, you value honesty, quality and your hard earned money, I wouldn't take the risk. It's not worth the heartache. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." I asked him to at least refund us for the money we paid in the parts. So he stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. He took our car parts and sold them for cash and our car still isn't running. We've had to have another mechanic take a look and begin to work on the car. This was a very unpleasant experience I wish on no one.

Months after I had them replace my water pump which cost me just under $500 they failed to put my timing belt on correctly and since I knew nothing about cars, they allowed me to leave their shop with a crazy ticking noise as if I had a Diesel engine and I made sure to bring it to their attention that's not a sound I ever heard prior to bring it in. They insisted that I take it to who did my oil change?!!! Days go by I'm on my way home from work and boom! Earlier this week, my vehicle was struck by a delivery van and declared a total loss by the insurance company. The initial valuation was low but I put a lot of work into my car this past year. I didn't keep any of my receipts but fortunately Lou does! He was able to make copies of all receipt documentation for the work that he did on my car so that I could show the insurance company. Awesome customer service!
