I was in Dallas to teach a class, and had flown in directly from Italy where I was on vacation. Because I was on vacation I was jet lagged and behind on work and had neglected to get a badly needed haircut. I called Rashad at 9pm at night and he was polite and efficient at scheduling me a haircut in my hotel room for 6am. He came with all the stuff and set up quickly. Nice conversation and great haircut. If I lived in Dallas I'd use him for all my haircuts. Cannot recommend Rashad enough! My Dad had been in the hospital for a week, recovering from a major emergency surgery. His hair was outgrown and matted and his facial hair was out of control. In an effort to try to cheer him up, I searched online for someone who could come to the hospital for a haircut and shave. I was shocked that I was able to get an appointment same day! I flew into Dallas from Berlin today. After a long flight with screaming kids I was a mess. I found Uptown mobile on yelp and was saved. From the moment I saw jay he took care of me. He started with a wonderful massaging shampoo, cut my hair perfectly, and the to add icing to the cake, performed one of the best straight razor shaves that I have every had.
