Nancy is great! She's super prompt about responding to messages and easy to schedule with. She manages to be right on time even though she's coming to my house. Nancy has cut my hair twice at this point. The first time was just over a week before my wedding. Both times I've gotten a fade on the side, trim on top, and a taper in the back. It's looked great both times. And my wedding photos looked great, which is important when no one can actually be there in the person :-( For the Covid nervous like myself, Nancy is the consummate professional. I let her into my backyard and she'll do the cut while we're both wearing masks. Everything is battery powered, so all I need to provide is a place for me to sit and for her to lay down her tools. I booked a fairly last minute appointment for my two year old son to get a hair cut. He hasn't had one since October and could barely see. Angela confirmed everything online and showed up exactly on time. She did an excellent job cutting my son's hair especially considering he was moving around quite a bit throughout. She asked what style I wanted for his cut and used two different kinds of clippers and scissors and took the extra step to take some of the bulk out his hair.
