With such short notice, I was able to reserve an appt. the following day. Tina arrived right on time and had all her necessary equipment, all the tools were sanitized (in their sanitized sealed pouches) and had over 30 gel colors to choose from. The whole process was new to me and Carolyn provided the best suggestions on what areas to start with, how to maintain it and just over all good health stuff. "Trust the process" is her key word and that indeed is actually what I did. My arms have went from 15 inches to about 12 inches in 6 sessions. Someone on NextDoor recommended them so I set up an appointment for a home visit mani/pedi this afternoon. Carolyn was very attentive in getting everything I needed set up, right down to the very color. It had been over a YEAR since my mom, my sister or I had had a pedicure due to covid. I am 9months pregnant and was dying for a pedicure before baby's arrival. Anyway, my mom and sis threw me a lovely drive by baby shower and I wanted to thank them! Tammy came and did our pedicures outside and it. Was. The. Best. Carolyn is awesome!! She comes to your house and does your nails or you have the option of going to her place . She's super friendly and very patient. Her tools are all sanitized & she uses these disposable plastic liners for the pedicure tub. She definitely takes care of her clients by not cross contaminating. As a quick update.. After less than a week, my nails are cracking. Very poor quality. Interesting that Carolyn hasn't addressed this. I am not allowed to contact her directly though... She's threatening me! LOL! As an update to the damage on my floors, I got the clear polish of by using a razor blade and carefully removing it. My flooring contractor is coming this week to provide an estimate on fixing the damage her tech did with the acetone. This was THE WORST experience. I hired Carolyn to come and do mani/pedis for myself and 4 of my friends. Carolyn sent two ladies to do the service. To start off, they parked their two cars in my driveway, blocking the access to my neighbors' garage. No manners what so ever... They should park on the street. Regardless, when it was my turn to have my nails done, I was fourth, I immediately noticed several stains on my newly refinished floors. (We had not even fully moved back in to the house). We immediately got towels and attempted to try and clean it off. You could feel that it had eaten away at the surface. I took pictures and sent them to Carolyn. She said she would be right over. Carolyn arrived a short time later, took her own photos and video, felt the damage on the floor and CONFIRMED IT WAS FROM ACETONE. Her lady was profusely apologizing. We had her move her cart outside as the wheels were covered in some type of blue liquid and it was on the floor as well. The blue came off, thank goodness. Carolyn assured me that she had insurance and would contact them the next day as it was already after 5. She flashed her phone with the name of an insurance company, it looked like a website. Carolyn apologized and left. Sadly, I believed her. I should have had her give me the insurance information at the time. All of the ladies bills were paid with the exception of mine. I told Carolyn's ladies that mine would be paid once the insurance information was received. They refused to leave my home. I kicked them out as I wanted to just get back to where we had been staying while the floors were being done. It was after 8. The ladies, still parked in my driveway, refused to leave. I told them they were trespassing at that point. We got in our car and left. Now I am being harassed by Carolyn!!! It appears that Carolyn DOES NOT HAVE ANY INSURANCE, as it has yet to be provided to me. Now, 4 days later, Carolyn says the ACETONE SPILL was not from her people and is hiring an attorney! DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. She hires CARELESS, SLOPPY PEOPLE! By the way, if you're curious as to the final look of my nails, they too are HORRIBLE!!! When you get your nails done, you expect a slick, shiny finish. They look dull, and as bumpy as an orange peel. And today, I have a big crack through my thumb. TERRIBLE JOB! read more

I'm satisfied with how my nails turned out. Tammy did my gel manicure and gel pedicure. I initially booked for a regular pedicure but Tammy was able to talk me into getting gel pedicure being that I'm a nurse and that I'm on my feet a lot. I usually get gel pedicure anyway pre-COVID19 but I just didn't want to pay an extra $10 for gel. The regular pedi was $50. She did an okay job with my gel manicure, not the best gel manicure I've had but just OK. I don't fault her for that because I don't have professional lighting in my house and she was hunched over on a short stool during my manicure. She came to my house early and I appreciate that. She called me on my cell to let me know that she's outside and asked if it's ok to start the service early. Tammy was very friendly and sweet. I asked her to try work quietly as my 3 year old daughter was taking a nap in the next room. She did her work as quietly as she could. It's $$$ to get someone to come to your house to get your nails done. I'd probably book them again when another pandemic comes around and we're all on a forced lockdown OR for when I finally get to throw my sister a bachelorette party. One thing I'm curious to know is if the travel fee should be included when calculating for the tip...? Booking was easy, you send a text you receive a text back around the same day. I understand that they're a small business and that they don't have receptionists to respond to your text/ inquiry STAT but they do respond fairly quickly. I do recommend booking with Mobile Couture Nails if you're unable to leave the house and need to get some pampering. read more

I have been dreaming of a service like this! Carolyn is a great communicator and is super professional. She showed up to my house this morning and did my nails and pedicure while I worked at home. It was a little upcharge to have her come to my home but well worth it to be able to get work done and not have to sit hostage in a nail salon for two hours. On top of this- I got the impression that she really takes pride in her work and cares about the health of your nails. She explained to me why someone should never cut into my toe nails and how to avoid ingrown toenails for good. She was super flexible- literally- she had to move out of the frame when I was talking to clients on my computer and brought everything she needed with her.
