I liked the nail job, but felt completely taken advantage of. She tried charging me $20 extra for valet parking when it was $9. Nickel and dimed me for removing cuticles and taking off old gel. I saw the good reviews so I decided to made an appointment which she gave me the same day at her house. When I got there first thing I notice she didn't had a table instead u just sit on a chair and she puts a pillow on your lap to put your hands which was uncomfortable. At the end I'm not gonna lie I did like my nails they were okay. But now I regret going with her I don't know what type of glue or product she used but my 3 of my real nails are so damaged. Despite this place being pricier, Cindy definitely takes the time to perfect your nails and ensures high quality. I paid $58 for my acrylic nails (she did charge I believe $6 to removed my previous gel ones). I did love how they turned out, however, my only complaint is that the color wasn't exactly what I wanted, but besides that they look great. Also make sure to let her know if you want her to cut off your natural nails because she automatically cuts them! read more

It's located in Garden Grove right off the freeway, which wasn't far at all for me, coming from Long Beach. First off let me start out by saying her studio is adorable! So many color and design options , cutely decorated, plus very clean! Coco is not only good at what she does but also has a great personality and does excellent pedicures. My nails have never looked cuter!!! When I arrived she informed me that she does eyebrows and facials so I decided to give her a try since I have nothing to do today. I have to say my mother is a cosmetologist and I have worked in multiple nail salons throughout my life and this service was completely unacceptable and overcharged!!! She put nail glue on the gel X extensions and glue them down on my hand like a press ons that you would buy from CVS!!!!! And then when I called her out on not doing it correctly she Bro she brought out the UV lamp and was like I have to put it in but wasn't going to do that if I didn't say anything!!!! She tried to say this is a new style that putting actual gel X gel for the gel X extensions is old and it's from three years ago!!!???wNot to mention she made me bleed and put nail glue over the multiple cuts she put on my toes!! It was burning so bad!! I made an appointment with cindy the day before for 10 AM mind you I have a one year old so I had to make time out of my schedule for this as well as my husband! She was set to come to my house for a 10 AM appointment she didn't get here until 11!!!! I live in Irvine and she charge me a $45 travel fee which I thought OK she lives far but she stated on her yelp that she serves this area and that she was in Garden Grove so I didn't think it would be that much for distance! Second i'll put a picture of what I asked for and what she gave me!! Two completely different things!!! And then two of my toenails are broken and needed to be fixed with an acrylic and she only put acrylic halfway up my toenail it looks like a stub.!! And to top it all off had the nerve to show up at my house without a mask and charge me $210!!!!! I'm guessing all of the good reviews are her longtime customers. Extremely disappointed! 2days later update two nails are off and currently going to get a new set!!!!! What a complete waste of money!!!
