I've been asking around and getting quotes on my phone for about a week and this was the most reasonable with a one year warranty and free tempered glass when you check in with Yelp. No where even wanted to touch my phone for less than $175 because my screen had popped out, also some places wanted to send it out to where it would take 20 days for me to get my phone back. Thursday night I came across mobile device repair on Yelp and requested a quote and sent over some pictures. I got a reply within minutes and was told it would be $100 with a one year warranty to replace my IPhone 6 screen. DO NOT GO HERE! this guy is a scammed artist. I took my boyfriend here to get his iPhone 7 screen fix. He gave us two options either $ 100 for the generic brand or original apple's screen for $140. We said we wanted to go with just the generic brand and left the phone with him for 30 mins. When we came back for the phone, he charged us $150 for the Apple brand screen plus a screen protector which we didn't agree to. He acted like that's what we wanted. We didn't have time to wait for another 30 Min for him to switch out the screens so we just paid him $150 and left. He said don't worry we have a 1 year warranty as long as we keep the receipt we can take it back. Unfortunately LESS THAN TWO WEEKS after getting his screen fixed, my boyfriend found a small crack at the corner of his screen.. It's either poor workmanship or the screen's quality is cheap. We took the phone back to him and refuse to honor the warranty. He said he doesn't cover cracks. what's the point of a screen warranty if it doesn't cover cracks?!?!
