This company does bait & switch. They assured me on the phone the cost was going to be $200 to build a new screen for a sliding door. Two men show up to do the job. One with black hair, the other with white hair. But after they do the job, they ask me to pay right there $250. Why $50 extra? "Because we used special stainless steel rollers" they claimed. They overcharged me because they saw I had a nice house (oceanfront). As they leave my property, they think they are alone on my driveway, but my outdoor security camera records them BOASTING about how they overcharged me! Man with white hair: "See how much I charged him?" Man with black hair looks at the bill. Man with white hair: "Doesn't hurt to try. Just do it, and they will pay" What you didn't know, mister with white hair, is that by overcharging me you earn a 1-star Yelp review. read more

Called Mobile Re-Screen for two different orders. Had a very difficult oversized screen door that had to be rebuilt. It didn't come out exactly as I wanted, but I don't put full blame on them. He kept working on it until found a way to make it work. My 2nd call was for a few rescreens - it was done so well and fast I couldn't believe it was done. He had a problem with getting the screen door off the sliding door frame at first (I don't blame Mike, the screen door wheels and springs are ancient), but after that, smooth sailing. We had a difficult job, but after talking to Mike I had confidence that these guys knew what they were doing. Zack just left after replacing a total of 18 screen door wheels that were corroded and defective. Even though Western (the manufacturer) sent the wrong screws with the replacement wheels, Zack was able to carefully remove the old wheels and reuse the old screws. He was careful, patient and got the whole job done in 2.5 hours. In addition, the price was fair. One of the wheels on our 46 1/2 inch wide patio screen door froze. I looked at all the YouTube's and thought I'd give it a go. I tried following the videos, and it didn't take long for me to discover my wheels are unique, to say the least. Unfortunately, I must have a 'builder's' special slider. There was nothing like this on-line. I ended up calling Morgan at Aloha Sliding Door. I guess Aloha specializes in full doors, so Morgan referred me to Mobile Re-Screen. I called and spoke to Angela who asked that I text her a picture, which I did. Mike came by the following day, looked at it and said he'd never seen a wheel like it before. So, what did he do? He replaced the frozen wheel with a good one he took from the top of the screen door and now it's as good as new.
