He came out and measured my door while I was at work, gave me some options and for a little bit more, I have a quality screen. I have parrots and can't take any chances with them getting out. Last week, I came home at 9:30 pm to discover that my dog had shredded the screen above her doggy door. I called Mobile Screen Pros at 9:35 pm and I explained that this was a "screen emergency," as my only options were to leave the dog without outside access or have a door to the outside open all day. Mike showed up at 8:30 am the next morning on time, took precise measurements and gave an estimate on the spot. One hour later, my brand new heavy duty pet resistant screen with a dog door was fixed. He also replaced the broken plastic wheels on the bottom of the door with heavy duty metal wheels. I have kept his number on speed dial ever since. I just met the screen door whisperer. My existing door frame was anything but straight. Mike used every trick in the book to install it perfectly. A gentle bend here, slight twist there, BAM, perfect! Mike was great along the way. I called him up, came by same day to take a look at my existing door and gave me an estimate. I called him back, told him to move forward with it, he came by again and took final measurements. About a week later, got a call the door was ready. He came by that night to install it. Instead of the original 15 minute estimate, he was here at least an hour. First issue he worked through had to do with one of the rollers not pushing back flush...he took a roller off a sample screen to remedy, smart! I called at 1 PM on a Friday after our dog jumped through our front window screens, twice. It was a hot day and we don't have air conditioning and we needed our screens! 2015: mike is back! We have him installing a front screen door (and back pocket screen eventually). Our home is a custom built 1955 home. So, doors are uneven. He's awesome. He always explains things and gives options. He has a wide variety of screen doors. We wouldn't use anyone else. Compared to places like HomeDepot he's fair. Slightly more expensive, but easy to work with and professional. 2014: We've used Mike twice. He's really nice and does a great job. He takes the necessary screens home, completes the work, returns the items (if possible within 1 week). I needed a 39" wide sliding screen door. Initially I went to Home Depot but they only have 36" and the next size up is 48". I did some research Online and found Mike from Mobile Screen Pros.
