I called to inquire the price for replacing my flat tire with a new one and it was $160 for a new tire and $100 for the labor fee so $260 total. I contacted a few other tire shops and was quoted $150-$170 for a new tire, so I found his price to be very fair. I didn't want to go through the trouble of calling AAA and waiting 1.5-2 hours for them to come (which I've done before), replace my flat tire with a spare, and then drive my car to a tire shop the next day so I opted to go with the mobile tire shop for the convenience. I called around 4:40pm on a Monday and he arrived at my location at 6pm and was done at 6:25pm. Turns out, I didn't need to replace the whole tire; a repair was sufficient. I really appreciate the honesty & integrity of the service because he could've told me that I needed to replace the tire and I would've believed him so instead of the $260, it was only $120 for the repair ($20 for the repair $100 service/labor fee). The flat tire had to be removed from the car and inflated in their truck and then put back onto my car. After the tire was repaired and they left, I turned on my car to check the tire pressure and the tire was overinflated by 6 psi. I should've told him which pressure to inflate it to but I guess I forgot; he also didn't ask how much he should inflate the tire either, so a tip to other potential customers is to clarify the required pressure before he returns the tire to you! I would definitely recommend this mobile tire shop and will definitely use this service again in the future. read more

Totally saved the day and very happy customer here. Picture this, your primary family vehicle has a flat that you don't discover until Sunday night, that vehicle is also blocking your driveway now as well. You don't want to get AAA to tow and you don't want to dig out the ole jack and jack stands and pull it yourself and take it to a tire shop because it's a hassle and a lot of extra work that you're simply not up for today with everything else going on. You see Mobile Tire Shop on Yelp! You hit them up in the mid afternoon, not only do they come through and patch that tire BUT they also dismount and remount a perfectly good tire from a bent rim onto a new replacement (thanks, nasty pothole on 101 at Shoreline!). They are all wrapped up by 830P and you've now got two vehicles ready to hit the road. Getting both tire jobs done in the same evening was both unexpected and amazing! What an incredible experience! This morning around 11:30, I discovered my tire was flat. I quickly searched online and found Mobile Tire Shop. I gave them a call to see if they could come to my house to fix it. Felipe's team arrived within an hour! It turned out my tire had been slashed, so I needed a replacement. THANK YOU! We just finished the long terrible holiday shopping at the mall and came out to a nail in one of the tires. Nothing is open Saturday night and will not be on Sunday either, so I was so glad that they picked up my phone. Felipe was finishing a job so he offered me to drive to his place (saved the travel fee as well). He was very responsive on the phone and helped us right away. It took about 10 minutes with only $25. Yesterday I walked out to find a flat tire. It was the end of the work day, rush hour and I was certain it would take 1-2 hours for AAA to show up. Felipe is a legend. Called him at 5:30pm on a rainy Friday and he shows up in less than an hour. He didn't even question or hesitate being available to come right away. Got my flat tire patched up within minutes and I was ready to go. Even let me keep the nail that caused it lol. Very knowledgeable with his profession and was honest in what I actually needed compared to what I thought I did (thought I needed to replace my rear tires already on a Model 3 RWD - he advised I still have some tread life to go) all while being an overall friendly guy. My tire was punctured while driving on the road, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have come across this shop around 7pm, especially since all the others were closed. Felipe and Emiliano went out of their way to assist me. Despite not having a matching tire in their shop, Felipe took the initiative to locate another tire repair shop and convinced them to open and wait for me. There's one more thing that touched me deeply and for which I am truly grateful. It happened to be my friend's birthday, and we were en route to the restaurant for a birthday dinner. Highly recommend. I curb the right front tire when driving home, got flat tire so called 6:40pm and requested they come onsite, they arrived 7:20pm. Checked and tire needed to be replaced. Lucky that they have same tire for replacement, very friendly service, things are done in 20min. Price is reasonable, travel to onsite is $125, tire is $100. read more

Overall the car seems to track straight and my steering wheel which was off center is now straight. I just wish I had a readout because I gave him the specs I wanted him to set the alignment too "not factory specs" so If my tires show abnormal, or I can have them make the small corrections. High-level summary:…read more Customer service (patience, friendliness) - 5/5 Technical knowledge - 5/5 Transparency - 5/5 Review: Given my previous experience with torn bushings at 57,000 miles and consistent premature wear-and-tear on my tires - replaced every 20,000 miles or so, partially due to my lowered car with a staggered wheel arrangement and poor alignment - over the lifetime of my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance, I wanted to take a preemptive approach at 125,000 miles in improving and preserving the functional performance by doing a suspension refresh. After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Special shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the other co-founder and technician who stayed late just to work on my car to meet my schedule!

I found out I had a flat, left front tire at work, at 4:30PM yesterday. Googled "Flat Tire" and Felipe's Mobile Tire Shop came up at the top of list with very high recommendations on Yelp. Gave him a call and he was out within the hour. 15 minutes later he had the spare on, showed me where the leak was (old tire with a crack in the sidewall) and that is was unrepairable. He took my old flat tire and said he would cal me in the morning with quotes on a new and used replacement. I got to drive home, with peace of mind a few minutes later. This morning I got the call, made my choice and again, within one hour, he was back at my office, swapped the spare out for the replacement and I was good to go. I caught a flat coming off the freeway it was 6:30 pm n I tried calling all the tire shops they were closed n stressed out thinking I would have to leave my car on the side of the highway in a dark spot I have an very expensive sound system in my car and I if I would've left it overnight where it was at its know it would've of been stolen. But out of nowhere this big yellow truck pulled up beside my car and the two very friendly guy's said to me "Hey bro u gotta a flat ya need help" that was the coolest thing anybody has ever done, that was the first time I ever got a flat and felt good about it, Philipe n his Father run a very good business Thank God for him and his Father. During my commute last night, my back rear tire started losing pressure. When I finally got home it was after 7:00 and the pressure was below 20 lbs. Unfortunately, my go to place for tire service was closed and I had a 7:00 AM meeting this morning. I found Felipe on Yelp and called. He came out immediately in his fully equipped truck. I thought it would be a simple plug, but I watched him pull a six inch screwdriver (the handle had broken off) out of the tire. Hence, in order to properly prepare, he patched the tire from the inside. Wow. Excellent work, a good conversation (he explained everything to me as the was repairing) and a fair price. After surviving a frightening experience with 3 blown-out tires, I was looking for some urgent help to replace my tires. I called Mobile Tire shop after seeing all the 5-star reviews on yelp. Felipe came to my house on a very short notice and installed brand new tires at a very reasonable price. He was very professional and thorough with his work. He was very punctual (came 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival). This is the first time I had heard of a mobile tire service and I have to say, this is better than going to any tire shop. Needed to have two tires replaced on my 1997 Toyota Corolla. I called Felipe who informed me that he was be able to come by the very next morning! He called me to let me know that he was on his way to pick up the tires and would be at my location in no time. Once he arrived, he promptly began his work and was done in no more than 15 minutes. I ran over a bolt in the afternoon, managed to get home just before tire went flat. Called Mobile Tire Shop, and Filippe arrived just an hour later (and called me updating his arrival time). Fixed it in about 30 mins right at my assigned parking space. Tire is still going strong after a week. He only charged me $50. No way! He deserved more, I gave him $65. One of my run-flat tires blew up. As it is an older car, I did not want to go to change 2 tires (which would be what the shop would recommend). Felipe found me a used but with very good remaining life (estimate 7-8/12 thread) With removal and installation, saved over half of a brand new tire. He was prompt, friendly and efficient.
