I called to inquire the price for replacing my flat tire with a new one and it was $160 for a new tire and $100 for the labor fee so $260 total. I contacted a few other tire shops and was quoted $150-$170 for a new tire, so I found his price to be very fair. I didn't want to go through the trouble of calling AAA and waiting 1.5-2 hours for them to come (which I've done before), replace my flat tire with a spare, and then drive my car to a tire shop the next day so I opted to go with the mobile tire shop for the convenience. I called around 4:40pm on a Monday and he arrived at my location at 6pm and was done at 6:25pm. Turns out, I didn't need to replace the whole tire; a repair was sufficient. I really appreciate the honesty & integrity of the service because he could've told me that I needed to replace the tire and I would've believed him so instead of the $260, it was only $120 for the repair ($20 for the repair $100 service/labor fee). The flat tire had to be removed from the car and inflated in their truck and then put back onto my car. After the tire was repaired and they left, I turned on my car to check the tire pressure and the tire was overinflated by 6 psi. I should've told him which pressure to inflate it to but I guess I forgot; he also didn't ask how much he should inflate the tire either, so a tip to other potential customers is to clarify the required pressure before he returns the tire to you! Picture this, your primary family vehicle has a flat that you don't discover until Sunday night, that vehicle is also blocking your driveway now as well. You hit them up in the mid afternoon, not only do they come through and patch that tire BUT they also dismount and remount a perfectly good tire from a bent rim onto a new replacement (thanks, nasty pothole on 101 at Shoreline!).
