Thankfully I made the visit sooner than later because my tires all measured 10-15 notches as being underinflated by what the recommended levels were. Today I was pumping gas and saw a giant nail sticking out of my tire and even though there were other tire repair shops closer I decided to drive the 20 minute to pop over to this shop. When I pulled in there was a line but I still parked and someone stopped me before I even got to the door and asked what I needed help with. I told them the issue then took the keys and let me know it is a 10 minute wait before my turn. I went inside and waited and they even offered me a free cold beverage for the hot day. Nice clean and AC waiting are as well. Today I had to replace the entire tire but it was fairly price and still in and out less than 30 min prob. Super fast and friendly and good work, they have my loyalty (but hopefully I won't need to use their service too often and avoid all the nails in the road).

The shop did admit fault and agreed to pay, but I'm still waiting on the check he gave me to process in my bank, which has been frustratingly slow. What makes it worse is how avoidable this was. This isn't a complex custom job--it's a basic exhaust install that any competent shop should be able to handle without issues. Damaging a fuel tank is a serious mistake, not just a small slip-up. Just putting this out there so others are aware. If you're planning to get work done here, especially on a newer car, I'd be cautious and ask a lot of questions upfront. Really disappointing experience overall for something that should've been quick and simple. On top of that. Now I gotta wait for my car to get fixed and find a new place to install H pipe. High-level summary:…read more Customer service (patience, friendliness) - 5/5 Technical knowledge - 5/5 Transparency - 5/5 Review: Given my previous experience with torn bushings at 57,000 miles and consistent premature wear-and-tear on my tires - replaced every 20,000 miles or so, partially due to my lowered car with a staggered wheel arrangement and poor alignment - over the lifetime of my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance, I wanted to take a preemptive approach at 125,000 miles in improving and preserving the functional performance by doing a suspension refresh. After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Special shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the other co-founder and technician who stayed late just to work on my car to meet my schedule!

Not only was the mobile service convenient, the rolled fenders look great! Nice and right without any paint damage. Excellent work! I had the front and rear fenders rolled to better accommodate some wider tires. Aaron came to me and rolled my fenders in the garage. There was no damage to my paint, and my tyres tucked in perfectly after his service. Great job! Rolled fenders on an acura tl 17x8 with 25mm spacers in the rear and 20mm in the front, on tein basis coilvers, springs are a bit soft. So I was worried about rubbing, but he did a great job and no rubbing! Will update when my springs settle. Thanks! read more

That means he's spending the same quality time with your parts when it's your turn. I am building out a new BBK and wanted to overhaul the entire thing. I've called around and they shops will nickle and dime you for every part of the service. Everything costs extra. Nick has one set price and it's very reasonable (it's CHEAPER than places I've called). He cleaned, media blasted, power coated, applied stickers, clear coated and rebuilt all of my calipers. I just provided him the rebuild seal kit. He was very realistic about his time frame and delivered on schedule. It was less than two weeks. He does a full time job and does his own business after. He's extremely hard working.

The wheels turned out beautiful and Oscar took the time to make sure the plastic wheel caps were painted to match the wheels. What an upgrade to the car! Another benefit of this shop is they handle the mounting/dismounting/balancing of the wheels/tires in house. Some other shops that I contacted required that I handle that part separately.
