**** Terrible Experience - Unethical and Unreasonable Practices **** I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. The owner engages in very unethical practices and tries to take advantage of customers. I wish I could give him 0 stars When I went there to replace two of my tires, the owner initially quoted a reasonable price of $25 per tire, including balancing and disposal. However, once he had my vehicle, the issues started. First, he deliberately displaced 2 bolts from each of the wheels and then forced me to pay $40 for each bolt to put them back. Not only that, he also damaged my wheel lock key lug nut, which is used to open the tire. He then asked me to pay $35 extra for each tire to use his key, even though a replacement key can be purchased online for only $10 on Amazon/Walmart When it came time to actually replace the tires, he started adding on additional charges. He wanted to charge $40 extra for balancing the tires, and then claimed the tires had been put on the wrong side, demanding an additional $50 to exchange them from left to right. Lastly, he had the audacity to ask for a $5 surcharge if I paid by credit card. I just paid all the unreasonable amounts because I knew I was at the wrong place that day. I was lucky to be able to leave his shop with my car, and he could just charge me few extra bucks in an unreasonable and unethical ways. There are many good tire shops in the area. I strongly advise you to avoid this one and save yourself the frustration of dealing with such a dishonest and exploitative owner. This place is nothing more than a scam, and I hope more people come forward to complain about their experiences here. read more

the people in here are lazy. no one talked to us for 15 minutes and one guy was purposely ignoring us when we tried talking to him while drinking his coffee. they were charging me 60$ for a single old and used tiny tires (185s) . they knew i had towed the car in so they were overcharging when these small used tires are usually $35-50 at most. the employee who worked on my car said "bro yes or no" pressing me to make a quick decision when he literally just showed me the tire. go to a different tire shop, i got a bigger used tire on my moms car for $40. very rude and unwelcoming employees read more

Throws a rim on the ground and uses pry bars to get the tire off, while scratching the rim on the concrete....he then rolls a Kumho tire out that was made 9 years ago and tries to sell me that. All of this while we waited approximately 45m. What a waste of time. He replaced some tires on a car-carrier while we were there and I don't recall seeing him balance them; then he used air-ratchet to put the tires on. I seriously doubt that air-ratchet was set to the correct torque settings for the lug nuts in that car-carrier. If he doesn't understand what a date code on a tire is then there is a serious problem. He also made some insult to me about hearing a rooster or some such. One star for the funny insult otherwise zero stars. I appreciate hard working people and a good deal but that has to be blended with some knowledge of what the funk you are doing. If you want the most amateur install that may scratch your wheels up and you can't afford anything else, this is your place. read more

Top tier service and gets you what you need. If you want luxury straight-out-the-factory lookin tires with gorilla grip tracks then go to a different shop. This place will get your tires from an F to an A+, nothing more nothing less. No extra credit. Again, gets you what you need. Don't go complaining bout no extra shi. I called at 1pm, took my car in at 1:20 and was out by 1:55. For a late 90s Camry, it was $85 each tire, brand new. I ended up getting charged $170 total meaning they omitted labor fee. I had to tip them good. All the staff were very nice. BTW they prefer cash but card works too. Amazing service will definitely be back again. I haven't had a single issue with these tires. Also they didn't damage any part of my car at all in the process. read more

They absolutely deserve every 5 stars they have. I was referred here after a really long day of running around not knowing what to do out my one busted tire. I think kiko is the guy who helped me but his whole crew and his son were all very respectful and helpful. I say respectful becuase I was this lost little girl not knowing what to do and he gave me a straight answer and told me what to do so it could be cheaper and my problem. Was fixed in 10 mins! I bought a pair of tires that I needed mounted, balanced and installed on the car. I sent messages to some shops and received prompt, courteous, well written responses from Juan at Kiko's Tire. That was a good sign. Together with prices as cheap as anywhere, I gave them a try. Within 10 minutes of driving in, they were already working on the car. I brought along a second set of tires/rims they also mounted. Everything was done quick, honestly and effectively. No BS or games. Their shop has a good vibe and they treat you with respect. Noticed our tire slowly deflating 4-10 psi over night. Got to Kikos at 8:45, then found a nail and patched the tire super fast. There were 3 other people waiting, but regardless I was out by 9:10. Pricing was absurdly low. 7/17/2017 - 2nd visit a yr later & another 5-star review for Kiko. Came to Kiko, again looking for another used replacement tire for an existing tire with a slow leak (due to a semi sidewalk puncture), that I was told could not be patched/repaired. Kiko did not have my tire this time, but offered to take a look at my tire issue as he was determined to help me out. In inspecting it, he showed me that the tire can be patched/plugged & offered to do the repair to hold me over until he gets my tire. Again, honest, fair, reliable, & fast service from this small but mighty tire shop. 6/27/2016 - Busted flat tire on my 1yr old car, sent me on a mission to find a replacement used tire. After checking with two large used tire shops, I started feeling a little hopeless as neither one had the size tire I needed. 2nd place recommended I buy 2 tires to keep the car balanced. I guess 3rd time is a charm. I pulled into a tiny used tire shop & the owner Juan (aka Kiko) was my lucky charm, turning my situation right-side up. :-) At 1st he didn't have my tire either. But he was determined to help me out. After checking one last spot in his inventory, there it was, my exact tire. The wear was even similar to my existing tires. He replaced my tire and had me on my way... a very happy customer. I will certainly be back for all my tire needs and highly recommend Kiko's Tires.
