He was able to schedule us for Saturday afternoon, which was critical since we were supposed to head home that day. Because of storm-related commute issues earlier in the week, Jim ended up arriving around 4pm instead of noon. Totally understandable given the conditions. She submitted her info to the website for a quote, only to find out her vehicle does not have a timing belt, it has a timing chain, which does not need to be replaced.
