They have good ratings for a reason! Dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen went blue/green-ish, and it was just opening apps and moving around by itself. Went in and was right away greeted super kindly and taken care of. They took care of my phone, and at a fair price. But he also gave me a new tempered screen protected and a clear phone case! Great Customer Service!! My husbands iphone 5 cracked twice the first time we came here we experienced great service! They were so polite and friendly. They fixed my husbands phone quickly and cost effectively. They even gave us all free case. Well, my husband again dropped his phone from the third floor we thought it might not work since it cracked awfully. We tried these nice folks again and they were amazing they were able to fix our phone once more with the same amazing service as the first time. I ran in mobileshark today after work, busted my phone up pretty good last night. The touchscreen did not work at all. The guy behind the counter, Rich I believe his name was, absolutely hooked it up. Put on a brand new 6s screen with a tempered glass screen cover, for 80 bucks. It only took 20 minutes! I ran out had a smoke, came back in and it was pretty much good to go. And more importantly, it was done perfect. This is my 15th iphone repair, sadly. And by far the best. If the screen is repaired correctly, when you are talking on the phone and have the phone against your ear, the screen will go black that way your cheek wont hit any buttons on the screen. If the screen is not put on properly, the screen wont go black and your cheek will hit buttons. For me, I am always hitting the mute button and it is annoying because I dont realize it until whoever is on the other line starts saying "hello, hello". After leaving mobileshark that is the first thing i checked, and it was perfect. A lot of Iphone repair shops mess up on this. I am very impressed and will 100% be back!!! read more

This place is amazing! The owner is unbelievably patient and courteous. He always takes his time to make sure he solves your problem or that you leave with the new phone or plan that you need. He goes out of his way to make you happy. I've actually been present when a customer has gotten really frustrated with their phone and taken it out on him, but he remained so polite and so focused on helping them that they inevitably calmed down and got what they needed. They have a fun selection of phone covers, and the cell phones they have for sale are always cheaper than anywhere else, but still great quality. Mobile Shark is a great place to get your cell phone needs taken care of. They have your back! The location itself is a small shopping center, so parking is often limited, but if you plan a good time in the day to go, it's not bad at all. The store is small as well, but big enough that you don't feel crowded or claustrophobic. I'm pretty sure it used to be a flooring shop, so the floor is a really pretty tile motif. Always clean and friendly! Give them a try!! (There's also a great mexican restaurant to the left of them and a great Italian restaurant and bakery to the right, so go eat afterwards!) read more

Shattered the screen of my phone 6 on a Saturday night, woke up Sunday in a frenzy to get it repaired (self employed). Yelped a few places, stopped by here first and was kindly informed that their tech doesn't work on Sunday. The gentleman at the counter gave me a fair price and even mentioned that it includes a glass screen cover which is a great perk and told me to bring it in the next day. Left with a good, straight forward, helpful vibe from the place but was still in a frenzy to get it fixed so called a few other places and went to a few that were able to do it within an hour at comparable prices. The short of the long is that I came back to this place on Monday and couldn't be happier about my decision.
