I was referred here by my sister in law! I'm super glad I came here! Rich is a great guy very welcoming and helpful. I went in to get my phone unlocked. I had to pick up my phone from cyber planet they had my phone there for exactly 13 days and nothing or no one could tell me about my phone. All they can tell me was "it's going to cost more" I ended up picking my phone up and taking it to rich on a Monday, by Tuesday my phone was ready for use! Now that's super fast service! So the inevitable had to happen to my iPhone 7 Plus, the screen was shattered. Trust me my phone had dropped on several occasions but I knew this time was different. So I had been contemplating to update my phone. I've had it for a long time but I just love my phone. I haven't had any problems with it. I bought the 128GB so I still have plenty of memory. I looked and looked and decided that I really didn't need to spend the money on a new phone and decided to look for a place to see if my screen could be fixed. So I came to Yelp and decided to give this shop a try. I walked in accompanied by my 70 year old mom. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with a Welcome and how can I help you. I showed the gentleman my phone and was relived to find it could be fixed and was given an estimated time of 30 minutes. We were given an option to wait or return but we decided to stay. During that time two customers walked in and were greeted just as we were, I was very impressed it felt as a family shop. One of the customers was a returned customer and was greeted with a welcome back. I'm not sure if it was really 30 minutes but the time seemed to go quickly when I was informed that my phone was ready. It looked brand new. I even have a new screen protector. I was so happy and impressed. So here comes my mom asking if her phone could be cleaned. I'm sure there must be plenty of moms like mine. I was a little embarrassed but this is my mom and with no hesitation the case and phone were cleaned free of charge. Then she started inquiring for a new case. After she found the one that she liked and was going to pay for it she was told that it was on the house. I am beyond grateful for this random act of kindness. There are really amazing people in this world and it's even greater to be the recipient of such generosity. The entire experience was just great, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and will definitely be back. Initially I had called to check if I would be able to walk in and have my iPhone 5C screen replaced that I thought was beyond repair lol.
