I was so impressed the first time I went to have my iPhone screen replaced, that I remembered them 2 years later when my friend needed a new iPhone battery. We went there and as it turned out, the battery was only part of the charging problem. Rich went beyond the call of duty and helped her get the entire problem solved. I bought a new case while there and he put on a new screen protector as well. He's just a good guy. I came here because I received the cheapest quote to fix my iPhone screen. What I didn't expect with that price was great and FAST service Got my iPhone screen repaired in 30 minutes. And it was repaired CORRECTLY. A friend of mine who is a tech genius and repairs everything too, pointed out that sometimes when you get fast service with a cheap price they don't do the repair correctly. For example when you hold your phone up to your ear the screen needs to black out so you don't press any thing accidentally. If the screen isn't repaired properly this function won't work the way it's supposed to. A screen repair may seem like an easy fix but if it's not done correctly it can cause other problems. I was just losing hope in the world until I met Richard! Sometimes, you're broke as a joke and you just really need some help. A lot of phone places take advantage of you and your money, but not Richard. I told him my honest truth, I didn't have a lot of money and I was getting charged ridiculous quotes to get my phone fixed. He said he would open up my phone for free and diagnose it, no other place with that for me. When he opened up the phone, he was very friendly and we had a good discussion the entire time. He made me feel very welcomed. During my time there he had customers come in and out, he treated them with respect and handled their business in a fast manner while still dealing with mine. He let me know that my phone had some water damage as well as some possible corrosion, he was able to fix whatever part that needed to be fixed and I was charged $150. He gave me a free phone case and a free screen protector to go with that as well. From now on, I will only be going to Richard. He really worked with me, helped me out, and he was understanding about my payment. I borrowed my man's credit card so Richard just called him to approve the purchase instead of turning me away like some places WOULD do. This is a man and a business i trust! As soon as I walked in Rich greeted me and remembered our conversation on the phone, made me feel as if I've been going here for years. Great business and service. Rich was kind, quick, and a professional in his field for 15 years. Replaced my wife's cracked front screen for $90 with a temper glass included. He didn't try to upsell anything and even recommended against fixing the back screen since its mostly cosmetic if we really didn't need to. Also cleaned my phones charging port for free and they were stuffed with lint that I couldn't get out. My whole transaction took maybe 20 min or less. Overall a very pleasant interaction.
