My iPhone has issues with the sound from the speaker. I went to Mobile phone shark on the recommendation of a friend of mine and when I walked in Rich Taskagian the owner immediately greeted me with a huge smile and said "welcome" and even though he was busy with two other customers he made sure to talk to me and assure me that he would be done soon. He did exactly what he said! He first thoroughly cleaned the phone, cleaned out the charging port (yuk) and then replaced the speaker, put on a new shield (mine as awful) and replaced my broken case. All this in less than 20 minutes and at a price that was astonishingly reasonable. He took my phone and gave every single time and energy he had to fix my problem. He was calm which made my anxiety reduce. He is so patient with his customers and really cares. He knows exactly what he is doing and honestly he can FIX ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! Their prices are competitive; I'd gotten a quote for repairs on my phone at a place down the street, then gone to Mobile Shark where they gave me a better price than the place in my neighborhood and completed the work on the spot. Although they are not close by, I find it well worthwhile to make the drive to Mobile Shark when having cell phone issues. I had to pick up my phone from cyber planet they had my phone there for exactly 13 days and nothing or no one could tell me about my phone.
