We told him what our mechanic found and he became rude/disrespectful. When I tried speaking to him about his behavior, he got even worse so we told him we were not going to proceed with car. At that point, he placed his hands on the desk, leaned towards us and said "good, I was going to tell you to leave anyway!". At this point I asked to speak to his manager. We spoke with Matt who was very kind; he said he would be speaking with Alex and asked if he could help us find a different vehicle but at that point we were so offended that we did not want to do any business with that store.

It is a black car that got caught in a small rain and some major dusting. Even though the car was dirty when I got it, I just can't turn it in that way. I explained to Jen my situation and she never even questioned me. She said, " let me open this thing up and get you on your way!" So, I gave her a candy and told her she is a "lifesaver!"
