My date and I were sitting at our table for a solid 15 minutes before anyone would come serve us! Others were sat and served before my girlfriend and I were! All we wanted was some icecream and that was it but they didn't have any left leaving us with one option, a chocolate cake. The cake was okay it would of been better if was warm. Pretty good burgers just a little overpriced but a little handy if you have a military discount

That was one of the worst service I received in a restaurant in a long time. Started with being seated and went downhill from there. I told the hostess that it was just myself dining, and she sat me down with four menus (umm are you saying I'm fat, have multiple personalities, or I just couldn't comprhend....) then the one server said I'll be right with you. 20 minutes later, the same server asked if anyone had helped me yet, I said no and she motioned to one of the other servers, who took my order. Mind you this was after two other tables came in after me and had their order taken before me. I ordered an appetizer, an entree, and a drink. 30 minutes later my entree came but no appetizer. I had to tell the lady that I now had my entree but no appetizer. The gal, who wasn't even a server, went up to the counter and promptly brought back the appetizer, and asked if I still wanted it. Well duh I wouldn't have ordered it if i hadn't of wanted it. And who knows how long it was ready. The food was good however. When I went to pay, it was the managwr who rang me up. She asked how things were, and i told her the food was good but the service sucked. Never once was I asked what was wrong or how it could be fixed, but I got an apology and an excuse that it was the system, and everyone was frustrated. Needless to say, they lost another patron, who has frequented the restaurant numerous times in the past. read more

I was there for lunch on a Saturday. There were about 8 or 10 people waiting to get seated. We could see employees, but no one was seating people. Four or five people walked off. I finally got seated, but it took about 5 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me. I ordered a grilled ham & cheese (which was delicious), but the cole slaw was nasty. I had to find an employee to ask for a fork. None of the wait staff was very friendly, Definitely my last time eating here. read more

My boyfriend and I have been to Mobys many times before over the last few years. It's been ok at best. Last night was probably the last time we'll ever go. First off the waitress was an idiot. I clearly stated my order of a grilled cheese on wheat bread with tomato and a side of onion rings. She looked at me asked which sandwich I wanted and I pointed to it on the menu. She then says"and you wanted ham on that? And are fries ok? I basically had to restate my whole order. My boyfriend ordered the "jumbo" hot dog with chili and cheese. When the order arrived his hot dog didn't have the cheese on it and he had to send it back, so they could put the cheese on it. Also the hot dog used to be a foot long. This dog was six inches shorter and a tad fatter than the ones they used to serve. We also each ordered a milkshake. When the bill arrived my boyfriend saw the milkshakes were $6 each when they used to be $4. When he questioned it, the cashier showed us that the milkshake was listed on a separate dessert menu which wasn't on the table. The ice cream sodas were listed on the main menu, so we assumed the shake would be the same price. When he asked about the changes, they just said that they made some changes to prices and menu items. They offered us a free meal voucher, which we turned down. The staff did not even seem to care about any of our issues. What complete mess and disappointment. We will never eat there again! read more

They have the best biskets and gravy I have ever had in my life! They put a sausage patty in between the biskets, what a treat and sorry to spoil the surprise . Also had the steak and eggs it's a gambler thing you might not understand but eggs cooked perfect steak perfect. Trust me if you are a winner order this next time you play! Service could have stopped by one more time to offer coffee. But not bad service. read more

For chicken fried steak and eggs, you have to try Moby's at Casino del Sol. Tender steak with a flaky crust and creamy gravy. Garnished with a fruit skewer and a tropical flower add to the beachy theme. Love the Woody above the entrance..where's Gidget and Moon Doggie? The weathered wood and beach decor are adorable. Server was friendly and attentive. Not sure I like the open kitchen, don't need to hear the personal conversations of the cooks. read more

The only good thing is that the coffee was awesome! The service is hilariously (think SNL skit) indifferent to the guests. I think I'd really have to work to be so unresponsive.The eggs overcooked, the sausages weirdly squishy. Moby's provide us with a fantastic experience. Great food and great customer service.

Don't know if it was the time, or just the people working those days but I've had 3 different experiences. 1st Time we visited I had the steak and it was perfect, the sides were great and the service was welcoming, attentive and friendly. Along with the cute decor and great prices it was a nice experience and we recommended it to many friends from out of town. 2nd Time we had the cheese steak (delicious!) with fries, and the shrimp (no better then expected) with dry warm coleslaw (yuck). This last time I had been looking forward to a great steak like the first time which made the visit all the more disappointing. First, we had to wait a while to be seated and with no available benches we stood against the rock wall, not nice for someone with bad knees. Finally we got a booth (for just 2 of us) when there were plenty of tables available, surprising since they'd taken so long we figured they were busy. The waitress took enough time with drinks that someone else noticed and brought them (looked like a boss or something because he was all dressed up and the girl rushed right over while he was with us). The food also took longer then expected and when we finally got it the steak was too bloody with gristle bits we had to kept sneaking into a napkin. We decided to just ask for pie and go but the bill came about 10 times faster then anything else lol, and with an attitude which was weird since we'd only seen the girl 2 times. read more

We had dinner here on Friday 6/20/16 before the Sammy Hagar & The Circle concert. We won't be going back. The restaurant wasn't busy; we were seated immediately however it wasn't clean either. Napkins on the floor, uncleared tables. The service was horrible. We had to ask for silverware, our server was less than attentive & my husband's order was wrong. I had the 3 Cheese Grilled Cheese with Ham & a dinner salad. The sandwich was greasy & undercooked; the cheese barely melted. The salad was okay. I had Sierra Mist to drink but there was this gross taste to it; like the soda machine needed to be cleaned so I didn't even finish it. My husband ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings. The burger was average & he got fries instead of onion rings. He wanted to bring this to our servers attention but he never came back to the table. We actually had to get up & go to him to get our check. We are not big fans of this casino/concert venue in general & this experience last night is just one more reason why. read more
