Highly recommend! Outdoor and indoor seating. Friendly staff. Their crepes are thicker and make for a good wrap. They have beer and alcohol to order.

Stopped here with my dad and husband on our way out of Fairbanks and was pleasantly surprised! We ordered the crème brûlée crepe, Nutella and strawberry crepe, blueberry cheesecake crepe, and the Brie, bacon and avocado crepe. They were all so incredible and not too heavy! My favorite was the creme brûlée! My husband said the food was "fantastic" which I've never heard him say about a restaurants food before. My dad overstuffed himself cause he couldn't get enough! To top it all off, their coffee is super good! They have once many awards for being one of the top restaurants and dessert spots in the U.S. and it's proven! If you're ever in Fairbanks, this HAS to be a place you go at least once!

A long line which says it is a booming business. The place offer several types of crepes, both sweet and savory crepes. Service is quick, very cute ambiance. Seating available both inside and outside. This is not your delicate French style crepe, but more on the rustic style. You don't eat this with a knife and fork, but like a sandwich. Crepes are thicker and browned on the outside folds like a grilled cheese sandwich. I opted for the blue cheese/fig/prosciutto. Delicious! My husband had the chicken/bacon/avocado, also delicious! This place will fill you up!

I just love this place!!!! This is the ONLY "wow" restaurant in all of Fairbanks, AK. If you didn't come here, you didn't eat in Fairbanks! Come get your sweet or savory crepes!!!

Food was great- my daughter and I split two crepes so we could try multiple options since we arent from Fairbanks. The coffee we eh. Not the best. My biggest issue was it is incredibly smokey in the restaurant. They need to fix their kitchen ventilation. It is making it very difficult to focus on anything else.

My first meal in Alaska was at the "The Crepery" . Jetlagged me, went here hungry to have my breakfast. They have both sweet crepes and savory crepes options. For my breakfast, I had alaska breakfast crepe. The meat was tender not strong taste . It was very delicious . I enjoyed it. Went back again next time and had honey and walnut crepe. I was worried that it might be too sweet but it was perfectly balanced. The service was also nice. They were very attentive to every customer even if they were busy . loved going here as you get to meet people from all parts of the world. The place is huge . Would definitely recommend to visit here , if you are visiting fairbanks.

Came here for a quick and delicious breakfast prior to a trip to Denali! It was worth it, the food was delicious and the coffee was hot. Would highly recommend. The prices are a bit high but the service was great which makes up for the high prices. The ambiance of the outdoor seating was great! Highly recommend the outdoor space as the indoor space is a bit warm!

Lots of different options to choose from! I got the creme brûlée and it was really good. My husband got the raspberry cheesecake and said he wished it had more raspberries because the cheesecake part was a lot but he was still happy with it. We got them pretty fast. I did think it was a little weird the workers walked by and would grab peoples plates as soon as they took their last bite. Made it seem like they were running out of dishes and needed people's right away

We stopped by for a quick snack before our dinner reservations, and while this place gets crowded FAST. We lucked out and had no wait. For those who came a few minutes after us, no such luck, BUT the line moved quickly. Like many others have mentioned, there aren't a lot of gourmet options around, but this spot is a true gem. The crepes were delicious, and watching them being made right in front of us was a fun touch. Prices were very reasonable for both the crepes and drinks. It can get a bit loud inside, but overall, it's absolutely worth a visit!

There was a line out the door when we arrived around 11ish on a Saturday but it moved quickly. Fast casual: order at the counter, grab a number, and take a seat. The crepes were thin, crispy, and hot off the crepe press! I got the Alaska Breakfast Crepe, which comes with reindeer sausage, mushrooms, onions, eggs, cheese, which was good, but what really blew my mind was the crab melt filled with real crab, cheese, and green onions. The blueberry cheesecake crepe was a nice way to end the meal. The cheese had a sweet and creamy texture. So good! Couldn't resist The Crepery Coffee - a nicely alcoholic coffee with grenadine/grand marnier, frangelico (hazelnut liqueur), coffee, and whipped cream. Way to start the day right! Definitely a must stop for brunch when in Fairbanks!

The crepes were so good. Seems like you can't go wrong. We loved all ours: Brie, Honey, Walnuts crepe, Alaskan Breakfast crepe, and turtle crepe. Coffee was good, too. (Shot in the Dark was like a red eye.) This place seems to always be busy, but worth the extra effort. Ambiance is what you'd expect of a breakfast joint.

Ambiance: There are two entrances - on 2nd street is where you stand in line to order, or on 3rd street, which takes you to the table side of the restaurant, and you'll have to walk through the restaurant to get in line. It's a super casual restaurant with a few two tops and a few four tops, as well as 3 seats in the front that are bar top style. The restaurant isn't super loud and the tables are spaced enough so you're not bumping into other people. Service: You order at the front, they give you a number, and you find a table. The wait to order isn't super long, and while they don't give you any menus to review, you are staring at the chalk board (and the guys making the crepes) as you're waiting in line. It moves pretty quick, and the wait to get your crepes isn't very long as well. I think I waited maybe 10 minutes in line and 10 minutes for my food and drink. Food: I ordered a latte and a Crab Melt consisting of snow crab, bell peppers, green onion, 3 kinds of cheese, mayo, mustard and seasoning. The crepe was more on the browner, toastier side (which is my favorite), and very thin and crispy, balancing the inside cheesy, crabby texture and flavors. I was happy the seasonings weren't too salty and the sauces weren't overdone to make the crepe soggy by the end. You're meant to hold the crepe by the little sleeve, which made it very mess-free. The latte was very standard issue, but not burnt or overly milky. They didn't give me any sugar to add, but I also felt like it didn't need it because the coffee didn't taste overly acidic or at all burnt. Also, if you're into this sorta thing - they have alcoholic breakfast beverages. TL;DR - Fast service where you order ahead, grab a number to put on your table, and dine. Food and coffee is delicious.

First stop in Fairbanks -- it was a cute little shop and the kids loved watching my them make fresh crepes. We got the crab melt and berry nutella. It was really good but my only feedback is that the onion taste overpowered the crab more than I would have liked. The kids loved the sweet one though. They had a pistachio special I would have probably loved too. I would go back to try their other crepes.

I ordered the Brr Berry, which was absolutely delicious. The blackberry soft top was out of this world, making the drink unique. The drink was incredibly refreshing and unlike anything I've had before. I also tried the trail bites and had all three flavors. My favorite was the white chocolate, super yummy. They're also vegan and gluten-free, which is great. They have a lot of drink options, along with some food choices. Overall, a really great coffee stop with creative drinks and friendly service. We only wanted a drink so we were in that line. I got a specialty drink - a pizookie but no salt (it's salted caramel) so I got regular caramel - iced. It was so good. Not too sweet, a good taste of coffee. We also mentioned how we were out of town and the girl at the window gave us a little treat!!! She was super sweet ! I wish I got her name. The line was pretty long but went by at a moderate speed. I came in Feb so it was only drive thru (I'm not sure if it's different without all the snow lol). Overall an amazing experience! If I'm ever back in town, will def be back!
