By far my favorite seasonal sandwich! This Chic Fil A always does a great job! I've been inside, through the drive through, and have door dashed this sandwich many times! The pretzel bun was peak! The bacon added to the greatness! If I could, I'd take this sandwich out to a fancy restaurant, in my best attire. This sandwich deserves the best because it's really only here for a single season. I'd add this to the permanent menu but I'm afraid it wouldn't be made with the same amount of love. Food 4 stars- Service 2 stars. First time customer at this location and it will be the last. When I was ordering the young man started rubbing hand sanitizer on the hands and up his elbows. His hat was down so low I couldn't even see his eyes. I just got off of work from an office job. I was very clean. I know there are several homeless people in the area but okay. They called my name and gave me my food in a bag. I informed the lady that it was for dine in. Sure enough my receipt said carry out. I asked for my drink and that was told it was coming. I opened my sandwich and I got a spicy chicken not a regular chicken. (My order was correct on the receipt) She was very happy to exchange it for me. BUT she hands me another bag again! Extremely disappointing experience. I went in expecting decent service, but what I got was the opposite. My food came out burnt and overcooked, and I literally saw it hit the floor before they bagged it like nothing happened. I asked about it, and instead of fixing it or apologizing, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. One employee named Maddie was especially unprofessional and hostile. I've never felt so disrespected as a customer. Also, the shift leader John didn't step in or seem to care at all. Clearly, management here doesn't prioritize customer service or basic decency. I stopped here after a trip to the Zoo with my little one. I was pleasantly surprised by how much thought is put into catering to toddlers. The highchair comes with alcohol wipes so that crazy moms like myself can clean it spotless before putting baby in it. They also come with a little table set made out of plastic for babies who still dont have the hand/eye coordination to eat neatly. Kids get books with their kids meal which is a nice change from toys. Baby totally appreciate it and it kept her occupied while mom ate. This CFA needs attention from the management level. I have gone here numerous times in the past and spent a lot of money at this location. I am an active duty service member and have coordinated a lot of fundraising events for our organization using this location. I will not be going here anymore and am going advise our leadership to avoid using this location as well. I should not be having to beg for a few extra sauce packets every single time I make a purchase there when I'm spending this much money. If I'm giving the business $20-$30 on meals for my family I should be authorized more than 5 packs of sauce. Even after asking when making my order, asking again when they give me my food, and then being told that management won't allow them to give more than 5 packs for 3 sandwiches and 3 orders of fries? This is not just a one time occurrence either. Every single time I go there it's a battle with the cashier to get a few more sauce packets. Every time I've been, my same exact order - the #2 spicy chicken, non-deluxe sandwich meal (because the chicken speaks for itself and needs no condiments) - has tasted exactly the same. Except here. First of all I come to this location all the time since its the closest to the base, I always come for breakfast and order my breakfast with regular fries which i have proof of coming before 10 am and getting my order. Chick-fil-A lover here. I used to go here ALL the time since it opened. Now I'm always afraid I'll waste my money. I have received stale fries 3 times now! And the last time, the bread on my sandwich was stale as well. So disappointing. Even the sauces they have been handing out haven't been tasting as fresh? Get it together please. Would not recommend the drive through, eating inside is the best bet so you can let them know immediately what is wrong. Or just go to a different Chick-fil-A.
