Yummy pizza! I have gotten a pepperoni pizza twice now and it is my favorite! You can watch them cook it in the large open oven they have right next to the order line. It is very similar to Subway as you tell them what you want on your pizza and watch them put it together. I have ordered online to pick up and both times they have been ready when promised. There is plenty of seating and parking. The first time I picked up I wasn't greeted even though I stood next to the register for awhile. I realized I needed to pick up at another place so I walked over and after a little longer standing there and not being greeted I finally was and got my pizza. The second trip was much better and the guy taking the pizzas out of the oven was very nice and offered me a drink while I waited (I was early). He apologized for the wait and called me right away when it came out of the oven. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Couldn't get help and when we finally did the guy was rude. They never called out our names for the pizza when it was ready. Stood for over 5 minutes trying to get the finishing glaze on the pizza I ordered to watch a guy sneeze all on the pizzas in the oven and then grab more food without washing his hands. Placed an online order and waited 45 minutes in total for 2 pizzas. They were guaranteed to be ready in 17 minutes, upon arrival after 15 minutes, we proceeded to wait an additional half hour, receiving the pizzas after everyone in line even though we placed our order before theirs. The pace and service was totally abysmal. The (only) woman who was working on the oven did not have gloves on, so we watched as she touched every pizza with her bare hands. Love MOD Pizza so fresh and fast. Great having the option of a salad as well. Can't beat the blackberry lemonade fantastic! So many choices to choose from. When it 1st opened in Cypress I found the service horrible with bad attitudes behind the counter. I complained to management and to my delight they got the "mess" cleaned up. I've been back many times and have had pleasant service, good pizza and you meet the nicest people. Service goes very quickly. When my Grandkids came for a visit they were blown away. They loved ordering individual pizzas and loved the fresh taste. The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is I think they need to chop some of the ingredients smaller to make it easier to eat such as onions and mushrooms. I don't usually go to MODs because I prefer Blaze pizza, but since we were nearby, we stopped by due to my pregnancy cravings. To my surprise, this location has really good customer service!! I was so impressed! The guy that took my order, I think his name was David, was super friendly and was really invested in my pregnancy as well. No other places I've gone to had people ask me how I'm feeling and what not. He made it so easy for me to pick what I wanted and also to ensure that I pick just the right amount of toppings without making it a soggy pizza. The pizza came out crispy and so delicious! This is such a fun pizza eatery. It reminds me of a Subway. Pick your base pizza and add all of those fresh ingredients to your liking! When the house is packed up, don't worry, the orders fly in and out in no time. It was my first time visiting this particular location. This joint occupies the space where a previous restaurant was. Parking is ample. They have a nice little outdoor seating patio with umbrellas. This is the worst MOD I have ever been to. Everytime we come here the employees are in such a rush that they are throwing pizzas on top of one another and they never wait to hear our entire order. If we order something in one section they are already throwing it down. This rush is a problem for gluten free crusts because they throw the gluten free pizza on the regular crust. The employees are rude and impatient and this is the last time I'll be coming here. read more

I've been to Mod many times, but this was my first time at this location. The facility is beautiful and very large. I wish Town Lakes location was this size. Me and my mom went in for a pizza and a salad to-go. They weren't very busy and we were the only people in line when we got there. The girl who made our order was very nice, but did move a little slow. A couple walked in minutes behind us and their pizzas were in the oven before mine. I went and got my drink as my mom paid. She said she saw the girl move my pizza to the oven. My mom got her salad and went ahead and ate it while we waited for my pizza. During this time the girl who made our order walked out the door (I'm guessing to go on break) with a pizza in her hand. We waited for 30 minutes only for the guy to tell me they had lost my pizza. They had absolutely no clue what happened to it, and the girl wasn't there. He offered to make me a new one, but I had to ask for a refund because I didn't have time to wait. I then waited on another guy (who I assume was the manager), who had to process the refund. He gave me back $8 and some chance. I questioned this because I had ordered a mega dough, which is over $9. I was told that my order wasn't even rung up correctly to begin with, when I questioned this and asked the girls name both guys thought this was funny, and laughed and said she was deaf. Why they think that or any of it was funny, I'm not sure. But considering the environment and message MOD tries to send, I didn't find this funny. Facility is nice. But the staff doesn't compare to other locations. This one is a one and done for me. read more

Had a wonderful and delicious pizza, but the manager was yelling at customers and at one point mentioned "you have balls to come here." Me and my family were sitting in the corner near the Pac-Man arcade machines and we clearly heard her screaming. She was a smaller individual with many colors in her hair. She had said she was the manager, but later on, she was screaming at a different customer about how she didn't say something. I couldn't hear what the customer said, but the manager had laughed at the customer and then said "I didn't laugh" being an obvious liar, so who knows if she was actually a manager. If she isn't, he manager should be spoken to, but if she is a manager, then I feel bad for her staff. Again, we were behind the wall, and still heard her screaming at customer. read more

The pizza was amazing but the manager was extremely rude! A family member used to work with the manager. I think her name was Rose. She yelled at him, in front of my family and the rest of the restaurant-EVERYONE heard her say, "I can't believe you have the balls to come in here!" I confronted her about that and she denied saying it. I told her we would never come back to that store and that I would leave a yelp review and she laughed at me. The district manager had offered my friend a free pizza and when we went, they were refusing to give my friend the pizza saying that because he wasn't there.
