Love this place! You can pick and choose your toppings! We've been here about three to four times now and every time I visit the staff are nice and courteous. I enjoy a small pizza with Parmesan, red sauce, mushrooms, spinach, pepperoni. You can add extra toppings but fair warning the more you add the heavier the pizza! Enjoy! Came to their trial run && was greeted by friendly "Chad" who explained the menu to us while we waited in line. Friendly staff. Lots of family style seating. Pizza was good- got the Bob & Ulysses. My coworker and I just just left from this location and all was well until I took a sip of my drink. Something came up in my drink and I took it out of my mouth to find something looking wormy. First off - Mod Pizza has a great product - pizza or salad made to order with quality ingredients. Second - this location has fast and friendly service and the restaurant is kept spotless. Employees are very good at providing you exactly what you want.... all for the low price of $8.29....what a deal for a custom pizza or salad made within a few minutes. I very seldom am on this side of town, but occasionally when I am I will visit this MOD PIZZA location, I have yet to come here without have issues with this place. This time I ordered two pizzas and the first one was with tomato sauce, I had noticed on the wall that there was as some dough that had cdx already been prepped with sauce, I had to ask for sauce, all the sauces were almost out, scraping the bottom of the barrel, the work station was not clean and there was food smeared all over the place, when the called for me to pick up the pizzas I asked for 4 sides of ranch dressing and the girl who was cooking pizzas acted like she was really put out by it. Also the ranch dressing was not kept at proper temperature and was rancid. Before I got my pizzas I had my granddaughter with me and the tables were dirty, I had some wipes so I wiped off the table with the wipe and was disgusted with how filthy the tables were. I have posted pics of the wipes. This was the last time I will visit this location. read more

Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I stopped by after a trip to Target and as first time customers were excited to see what the hype was about. We ordered the Caspian and the Tristan but much to my surprise the person preparing our food skimped on much of the ingredients and before putting it in the oven I asked if i would add more veggies, to which the person making our food mumbled under his breath, " well that why I asked you if you wanted to add additional toppings..". Sorry this was my first time here, I didn't know what to expect! While we were waiting for our food, the people before us received our order and came back to the exchange their pizzas and were received by a rude server telling them it would be another minute. As if it was their fault they didn't receive their food. Will definitely not come back to this place, rude and overpriced! read more

I was out in the area yesterday afternoon and we stopped at mods to eat. I have always liked their pizza, I find it really tasty with fresh ingredients, but maybe not . It totally ruined my evening after eating there, had to go home afterwards since my stomach was really upset during the 25 min ride. By the time I was home i had diarrhea and vomiting that lasted for 6 hours. It was awful. My husband ate the same thing, except for the salad dressing, he had ranch I had Cesar. It had to have been the dressing going bad. So, just to let you know, I didn't appreciate getting food poisoning in your restaurant. Today my stomach is still queezy and haven't been able to eat anything. I doubt I ever go back. read more

So the food is good. It's a great concept-make your own pizza, unlimited toppings. However this location is very inconsistent with the way the pizza is made and the customer service. From the manager on down I've encountered very short and sometimes rude workers. Once you get out the line and sit down for your pizza it's great but be warned this is not the place where you'll be greeted warmly or with a smile. I love MOD Pizza. Being able to customize my pizza and salad just the way I like them is huge and the super thin crust makes the splurge of having pizza more about flavor than heavy carbs. It's my go to pizza place. The Taylor Street location is my favorite because the staff there is always friendly. They rock!! read more

Brand new place, like what they did outside with the light but only thing is.... it's never open.

I love this concept and we eat here regularly. The food is always good and they give ample amount of toppings. I took off one star because of the experiences during the "dinner rush" (anytime 6pm-8pm). This is a popular place and the line gets EXTREMELY long... like wrap around the store long. I wish they would divert more employees to working the topping line because it goes so slow when only 2 workers are there. read more

Pizza is average. Service on my online order was poor. Got there, and got one pizza waited over 5 minutes for the others which had been sitting ready for how long? For average pizza, eat in here. Dining in looked reasonably well oiled as I had plenty of time to observe. read more

Great concept but they need a better way to track their pizzas. I tried MOD Pizza for the first time today and they gave my pizza that was supposed to be to go to a person dining in. About 25 additional people (church group and other families) arrived a few minutes after I placed my order and I was not about to wait again. I did get a full refund. read more
