The worst. They have never gotten my order right for over a year. It's either missing an ingredient or adding an unnecessary one (who adds corn to cheese pizza!). I can't say that for all of them but the guy who made my pizza today made me feel horrible. Everything I asked for seemed like it was annoying him. I mean, it's a build your own pizza place. I should be able to add the ingredients I want without attitude. He is a larger built Latino or Asian male. He was very rude, wouldn't smile, make eye contact or even do his job! When we asked for a Specific spread to go on the pizza he argued with his teammate about who should do the spread. He didn't want to. At one point I told him I would do it myself if it was that big of a deal. He rolled his eyes and tossed my pizza to the side so he could start the next order. Thankfully the lady who took over my order was happy and helpful. The larger guy then went over to the cashier as I was paying to complain about having to do his job and the cashier agreed with him. Pretty sad you have employees pushing customers away with their nasty attitudes. You guys need to realize you would not have a job without customers. Overall the pizza is good! We have tried a couple of the special pizzas and a salad. The salad was just okay, for the price I would definitely just recommend sticking with the pizzas. I like their custom creations and the thin crust. I was informed that they do have a double dough crust but haven't tried that yet. If you are getting the traditional thin crust- just be advised that the most topping you get, the soggier the crust will get! read more

I've been to the Vintage Park location and wanted to try this one. I wanted a pizza with a salad--they don't have a combo option, so I ended up ordering minis of each. Also had some garlic strips and a cake for dessert. The pizza I ordered was a Mad Dog, kind of a traditional meat lovers, with some extra vegetables, including garlic cloves (mmm...). The thing with build-it-yourself places is that you get all the credit or blame for the combination you choose, so it's hard to give them a lot of credit for pizza flavor. That's especially the case with the salad, it's all you. I liked what I had. I love a thin crust, and the edges were definitely crisp. The middle did get soft but didn't fall apart. I had the garlic strips with both the red and pesto sauces. Both went really well with the bread. Like many places it is their pizza crust with a little parmesan and garlic on it. The dessert cake was fine--they call it a "no-name cake", but what it is, is a Little Debbie. The drinks may be of interest. They have their liquor license and have craft beers available. Their drink machine is a standard one (and was fully functional), but it has the same kind of ice as Sonic The atmosphere was typical for newer chains--lots of corporate vision decoration and slogans--but not in a bad way. There are worse than "I have gratitude, I have attitude". Service was very polite and efficient. The bathroom looked unfinished, but was reasonably clean and functional. Typical Mod pizza. Good value, good product. My only complaint about Mod pizza is they recently discontinued providing spoons. I always get a rootbeer float when I come here. You need a spoon to properly consume a float. One employee at this location went above and beyond to hunt down a spoon as he could see it was important to me. I love MOD pizza. But, I won't come back to this location even though it's the closest location to my house. I question the cleanliness of this establishment. They are all wearing hats, however all the men have exposed facial hair. One gentleman in particular had an impressive beard that was dangling over my pizza as he was preparing it. And his hipster beanie was barely covering any of the hair on his head. Ew. The lady who rang up our order immediately turned around and grabbed some pieces of cheese and basil that had fallen off my pizza and sprinkled them back on top with her ungloved hands that had not been washed since handling our money. She also grabbed the edges of our pizza dough (and all the pizzas of the entire family's order behind us) to slide it in to the pizza oven still with no gloves.
