Same concept as Blaze. There's a preset menu, make your own, or modify a preset pizza. The prices were the same too, about $8ish for a pizza. They offered a mini (kids size) or an 11 inch one. I think Blaze offers more toppings/sauces, but Mod had a lot too. I got an 11 inch pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and Parmesan. The pizza dough was very good and kind of reminded me of Naan bread with the texture and softness. He decor was very hip and modern and the workers friendly. Mod pizza is this new hipster pizza place where you order as many toppings and such on your pizza. You can do the single crust or double crust. Single crust is thin crust. Double crush is two single crusts layered on each other. Yes it's a bit odd. I had no idea what it was despite numerous explanations until I ordered it. It's good but I prefer thin crust. You know.. lower carb and all that. Anyways, as many toppings as you want!!! And these toppings are legit. You have like gargonzola cheese, artichoke, broccoli?!?, garlic, sausage, Canadian bacon, corn just to name a few. The servers there are top notch. Always so upbeat and friendly. We had a mess up with an order once and the employees there handled it so well and made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. When we walked in food was everywhere, they weren't doing a thorough job of cleaning the compartments after servicing each customer. The trash was over flowing, w/ pieces of meat/ food on the floor, we saw a roach were the bottled drinks was kept, there were used dirty cups by the fountain drinks the couch was disgusting w/ black staines. This particular location is surrounded by construction. You have to be careful of which parking lot you turn in to. It's not a problem but you'll have to walk across. Pretty good thin crust pizza. My crust was burnt but it wasn't a big deal. The staff is very personable and patient. They explained the different choices and sizes. They even made suggestions that were very helpful. 10/1/2022 the staff on this shift didn't seem happy to be here or were just unhappy people. My order seemed like an inconvenience to the ladies working on the line but were happy to laugh amongst each other. I was not in a rush at all but the manager on site had no sense of urgency. My order was very similar to the deal they have running and there was no mention of the deal. I waited 10 minutes which seemed like a long time as I saw others after me were getting their pizza. I got impatient and went to check on my order and it had been sitting there. My name was never called. Extremely unsatisfied with this STAFF and it needs to be improved. Food is always as expected. Drinks: sweet tea was so "not" sweet that I could drink it with ease. The Dr. Pepper the person with me decided to drink was very flat. The water is in a cup I can take two gulps in and it will be empty. Service: they screwed up five different orders because no communication behind the counter. There was four instances someone almost was burnt by the pizza spatula as they moved pizza to the counter. I have had MOD pizza in the past and I knew that the food is always consistent and tasty. What set this location apart was the service I received from Jeff. Jeff made my salad (it's the new year, give me a break) exactly how I wanted. I know this seems simple but normally when I get salads I just say what I want in it all gets dumped in a bowl. Jeff place the ingredients evenly throughout the bowl and took care to make it look nice. I really appreciate when works do the small things right and go above and beyond what is expected to insure the costumer gets the best experience possible even if I am only spending $8. This location is a bit far for me (I was meeting a friend) but I think from now on I'll make the drive though other mod pizza are closer. read more

My only complaint (and I have voiced it 2 times so now writing about it here) is the tables are consistently dirty. People, cleanliness is important!! When tables are wiped down, the crumbs are in the chairs or all over the floor. It's hard for me to eat at the restaurant. We eat outside or take it home. I understand taking care of online orders but when you have a line in store with over 5 people in line I think it's more important to take care of the orders in front of you rather than trying to push online orders out. Although the quality of food and prices are the same as the one in the Galleria, the service was a little different than I expected. I think this location caters more to the office folks, therefore, I felt pretty rushed during my visit here. So if you choose to opt out of their standard pizza menu, then make sure you know what you want in your pizza before heading up to the counter. Once you're at the counter, there's no time to be indecisive as the line behind you can forms quickly during lunch hour. Usually a nice place to get a quick pizza. Not this time. We lined up for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us even though we were the only people waiting. Finally got served and after waiting 49 minutes for our pizza went up to ask and they told me they were busy and when I mentioned the people after us had their pizza was given attitude. Sat down for a further 10 minutes and when my husband went up to enquire was told they'd thrown it in the bin because they'd called our name numerous times and no one had claimed the pizza.
