We ordered 2 cheeseburger combos and I couldn't believe the price. The wait was a little longer then expected but when the food came out, it was so worth it. The burger was perfectly cooked with the vegetables loaded and fresh. The burger was so fresh and tasty, I loved it. Now let's talk about the fries. I am a huge French fry person and these were amazing. They were freshly cooked and hot and you got enough for two people. I loved them. We wanted to try the shakes because everyone was having one but we were so full. I can't wait to go back to try the shakes and get more tasty burgers. If I could say one thing to work on, it would be the customer service. No one smiled, no one said have a good day or acknowledge you when you spoke to them. If you don't like your job, find another one. Kindness is free and it costs you nothing to smile or say hello.

The burger came with double patties but was dry relatively small in size. Their North Atlantic Cod was really good topped with a very tasty bun. Culver's fries 3/5 needed salt but the Cole Slaw 4/5 has a good flavor but was drowned in dressing. I would recommend Culver's but my future visits will be for menu items other the burger.

Literally, there was another guy getting out of that restroom too, and when I went inside, he hadn't even flushed the toilet. So I had to go back to the first restroom, clean the toilet myself so I could use it, and then go back to my food. Honestly, it was very unpleasant and disturbing, and I felt nauseous afterward. I understand that restroom cleanliness depends on the people using them, but I really wish they would consider having one restroom for women and one for men. It would make the experience much more comfortable and hygienic for everyone. The food and customer service are wonderful, and I truly hope they address this issue because I would love to continue coming back.

We decided, while out running errands today, we'd stop in and try MOD for the second time at this location. Immediately after walking in, we were greeted by Devin( I believe him to be an assistant manager?) with a warm welcome. His energy alone could fill a room with positive vibes. After getting us started, Marisa took over and made our pizzas. We absolutely loved her desire to treat us like we were family. Pizzas were made and we sat down to eat. The pizza was fresh and delicious, as it always is. One bit of feedback I would like to make is I wish the ranch at this location was homemade. It still paired nicely, yet I believe would have kicked it up a notch if it was homemade. That being said, the service we received from both Devin and Marisa was out of this world. Two shining examples of the way industry workers should be. Absolutely devoted to giving their guests the best service possible. Keep up the great work Devin and Marisa! The pizza was ok but my one star rating is mostly because of the management. I eat lunch out in the Katy area everyday so I try lots of places but I also frequent my favorite Subways at least once a week. One day I stopped at the Subway next door to this Mod Pizza on Fry and while I was in line, a Mod Pizza employee came in the Subway and tried to get their customers to go next door for pizza! The Subway employees told me that they do that a lot. TOTALLY UNCOOL! If your pizza is good, you shouldn't have to try to steal customers from your neighboring businesses. Put a really BAD TASTE in my mouth and I don't think I'll ever go back to Mod. And about the pizza...crust is OK for what it is but they were pretty skimpy with the toppings. I was going to try it a few more times before I rated it but after that experience at Subway, I decided to go ahead with this review. read more

Mini Pizza: I had a great time making my own pizza at this place! They offer a variety of toppings to choose from, and the best part is that they bake it right in front of you. You can customize it with any toppings you like. I always enjoyed my pizza every time I visited. While the pizza itself is nothing extraordinary, it is sometimes cooked to perfection, although there have been instances where it felt slightly undercooked. 8/10 Service: The staff is friendly and accommodating. Although the speed of service varies, with occasional slow moments and other times being quick, overall they provide a pleasant experience. 9/10 Pride Cake: This cake is decent in my opinion. This MOD Pizza offers not only delicious food, but exceptional customer service as well. I walked in to this location to pick up an order for two custom pizzas that I called in. When they did not recognize my name or my order, we quickly realized that I called my order in at the other location on Fry Rd. Instead of making me hike to the other side of Katy, I was quickly accommodated with two delicious custom pizzas! The service here is top notch! MOD is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. They make your pizza exactly how you want it and won't settle for anything less than the best.
