And I liked the wood-fired cooking.I thought the menu was great and pretty easy to follow when building your own pizza i have never been to mod pizza i would definitely come back(will be).I was able to use a free coupon that Xiao ( Manager at Rochester branch) gave me. This place is great if you're not looking to wait at a sit down restaurant, but also don't feel like getting fast food at a drive through. You can make your own pizza and pick from many different toppings and sauces, or pick from a board of their specials. The pizza is made fast and is always good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I feel as though it's a little pricy for what you're actually getting. We have been going there weekly since it opened. Very good pizza and a great crew. As with any fast food business, there is turnover here too. I love MOD I think the pizza is awesome. What I DO NOT like is that they will not make a simple accomodation....cooking a gluten free pizza on tin foil so a little boy can eat dinner out with his family. My family and I get Gluten-free pizzas due to sensitivities/allergies and the employees are always polite, even with our additional "special requests." MOD is one of the few pizza places that offers dairy-free cheese. It tastes very good. While we wish they regularly kept the chicken sausage as an option, we have found this place to be our favorite, and specifically this location. The staff is great. Even when something hasn't gone as perfectly as planned, they always made it right immediately and we have been satisfied 100%, and that keeps us going back. read more
