So I was here last Thursday and my indecisiveness had taken hold at the sight of their variety. And when the associate Jeanine saw I was struggling to decide what to munch on she began helping me narrow my search down like she was trying to sell a car. She offered phenomenal customer service for a pizza eatery, most places usually just say " let me know when your ready" or " take your time". She made me feel like a guest not a customer. I had heard about MOD pizza quite a bit from alot of my west coast friends and on my drive through I had to stop and check it out. Easily became one of my top 3 favorite pizza chains. Keep it up. I attended the soft opening last night which means all the employees were still training and the pizzas were 50% off. However, you couldn't even tell they were in training. They all seemed like they knew what they were doing and it looked like they had fun doing it. I kept going back asking for more of the pesto sauce (because it was SOOO good) and even though they were busy the girl at the counter gave me her undivided attention every time. Great pizza place that never fails to give you the most for your money. The people are just as amazing as the food and will keep you coming back for more with their friendly attitudes, helpful dispositions, and great customer service. One employee in particular at this Rancho Cucamonga location, Sam, really went above and beyond to make me and my group of friends feel welcome and well taken care of. They have just as many toppings as the other places and they also have shakes which are on the small side but plenty for one person.
