The food and service is great. The pizzas max out at 11 inches and are fairly thin so if you are hungry or have a family you will be purchasing a few pizzas. They cater more to the young single crowd. In all, I would eat here again read more

Very good, quick option for a light lunch for our volleyball girls team. My only observation, I guess, is that these are individual sized pizzas. We should have ordered one for each girl. But the team loved it. I loved it because their online ordering was quick and efficient and all I had to do was swoop in and pick up all the boxes of hot pizza and return it with a few salads to the team. They would even deliver if I had thought they could find me at a very crowded convention center. We're going back to Reno in a couple of weeks for Regionals and I'll order Mod Pizza again. read more

No more compromising on pizza type. I hate that :/ - FAST: 8 minutes ish? And that was on a packed Saturday night. - OPTIONS: So many proteins, veggies, herbs, sauces, seasoning and miscellaneous toppers to pick from! Next time I will attempt restraint instead of putting everything I love on one mini size pizza. - OPTIONS II: Gluten free crust & vegan cheese & big a$$ customized salads atop a pizza crust (smart!) available. I had never been here before, and what a mistake on my part! Mini personalized pizza with toppings such as fresh garlic all the way to roasted Brussel sprouts and roasted broccoli. I had the Lucy sunshine with garlic, artichoke hearts, black olives and roasted garlic. Delish! The real star of the night was their lemonade (marionberry-blackberry, so good), and iced tea (caramelized pear iced tea, also quite tasty) price is decent. Any place with customer service that not only acknowledge a handicap person, but talks to them is a plus. I went in this past Black Friday with my mom. She needs a wheelchair and the very first person we saw (I didn't get his name) was very friendly and he made sure to make eye contact with my mom and also wanted to make sure she could hear him, as she was lower and the sneeze guard could be a hearing barrier. That in itself impressed me and is why they get a full five stars. As far as the food (get to the most important part already), I had the 8.97 pizza. I chose the build-your-own due to my picky nature. White sauce, cheese, bell peppers and salami is all I need on a pizza, but they offer a lot of other toppings for those who aren't as picky as me. It tasted great. It was done cooking pretty quick. The crust is very thin and perfect for those counting carbs. I am looking forward to going back and trying their garlic and cinnamon sticks. read more

Ok so I promised I would come back and try it again and I brought my wife and daughter. The ladies ordered a salad to split with their pizza and their salad was great. Made to order and better than most restaurants since they have a larger selection of toppings. That was the good and what got us up to the three stars So last time we were here the biggest issues was feeling rushed through the line and that hasn't changed. The place is so loud and all the volume is coming from the workers not the employees so it is extremely hard to be heard over them. Once one person one the assembly line feels they are done with you, you cannot get their attention and are forced to move down the line whether you feel you are ready or not. It's just doesn't make me feel welcome and that they really care. Only that they are trying to expedite people as quickly as they can. I would rather things took a few more minutes and get better customer service. When we were finishing up we noticed a group sitting down with a dog in a girls bag on the bench, obviously not any type of service dog because they would know better than to sit up at the table. They were feeding the dog from their food at the table as well. It was a beautiful evening and there are plenty of tables outside so there is absolutely no excuse for this. We informed the people behind the counter but it sure didn't look they were going to do anything about it. Maybe they need better training in the health codes. So I promised I would try it again. We did and now we can officially call it done. No more of assembly line pizza. read more

If you have dietary restrictions, this place is perfect. I'm lactose intolerant, and I appreciate so much that they have cheese I can eat (and for no extra charge)! I came into this place with low expectations. Well let me tell you, it was fantastic! The best part about this place is that you can put whatever you want on your pizza and the prices are extremely reasonable. The pizza crust was basic but a very good basic pizza crust. I got a pesto sauce base which was very good. They had some beer and wine selections and then fountain drinks. They also had a nice selection of homemade lemonades and Ice teas. When it comes to the pizza you can do a make your own which I highly recommend but if you are indecisive they also have some basic pizzas you can order too. They also offer salads as well. We tried their homemade ding dongs and if you have never had a homemade ding dong than you better try this one. The cake was light and moist and the cream in the center was delicious. Prices are very cheap and reasonable for a sold pizza with no limit on toppings. Decor was good and open. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. read more

Went for lunch on a Saturday, purely on a whim because I was in the shopping center. Wow. MOD Pizza is completely different from any other pizza joint I've been to. Pizzas are made-to-order, Subway style. You walk in and choose small or large then choose from a broad selection of cheeses, sauces and toppings (all for one price). This place is so delicious and fast! They don't charge by topping, only by size so from my understanding it's unlimited toppings. The milkshakes are so so good and creamy. The no name cakes are kind of like those chocolate hostess cakes with cream in the middle and a hard chocolate coating. I love MOD pizza! But there are some things that did change my customer experience. There were 3 young ladies working the front bar. 1 was working the oven 1 was helping us and the other was working on an online order. We ordered and somehow 1 pizza was done before the other 2 were even put in the oven. That's some fast pizza! But after all that was going on I am waiting at the register to pay. I'm waiting and waiting keep in mind that me and my friend is the only one in line or even in the restaurant. My other 2 pizzas came out and we're already on the table. I decided to stay by the register and pay but after about 5 more minutes I just decided to sit and eat so my food wouldn't get cold. The pizza wasn't super hot by the time I got to it but it was still quality. I did head to the cashier after eating and had to explain what happened so I could pay but I think it's just something they should address to the staff. My self conscious wouldn't let me leave without paying if it did then I'd probably suck as a person and wouldn't be writing this review. read more

This place is AMAZING! You can build your own 11 inch pizza, with unlimited toppings, for one low price. This place is clean, bright, open, and has great happy decorations. They quality of the food is SUPERB! Not only that, but you get your food FAST! The staff is always friendly, enthusiastic, and happy. While you are there, do try their desert cakes (kind of like a ding-song, but SOOOOO much better.) In addition to the obligatory fountain drinks, they have classic bottled sodas. All I can say about this place is YES. This was sincerely the best place hands down for pizza. We were immediately greeted by multiple people. I am unsure if it was my specific great taste for pizzas or if it was their products. Maybe both! Either way I was extremely satisfied with our food! We purchased two 11 inch mod pizzas. My pizza had white sauce, garlic and pesto. With grilled chicken, bacon, jalapeños, parmesan and mozzarella of course! While my boyfriend had white sauce and garlic. With bacon, spicy Italian sausage, jalapeños and light onion! They came out super fast! Like 5-10 minutes. The gentleman who helped us let us know that one of our pizzas were on the crispier side, which was PERFECT because my boyfriend forgot to ask for his pizza to be extra crispy! But still, the gentleman had said that if it were a problem they would be willing to remake it! No problem! Which was awesome of them to say.
