Happy to report that I've discovered a new staple in my pizza rotation! Southcreek is tucked away in the shops across from Winco and it took me several years to realize it was there. I wish I had found out sooner because their pizza is GREAT! It's a little on the pricey side but well worth it for the quality. They have a nice outdoor seating area and several beers on tap as well to make it a great summer time patio meal. I got to try the Linda and the Pear-a-dice on this trip which were both excellent pies! I'm looking forward to going back and trying out the rest of the menu. Also napping to get my hands on a slice of their house made cheesecake that they were unfortunately sold out of this time around.

I can't stop thinking about my dinner at SouthCreek last week! We got the Pizza Girl and the Linda and both were incredible!! We were seated very quickly and our server was very kind and attentive. I 100% see myself coming back to SouthCreek!

An established pizza restaurant with great food, excellent service, and a great location if you are in South Reno. It is good for families, date night, and getting together with friends...basically everyone. The salads complement the pizza, but they have a lot of appetizers to choose from. SouthCreek is a must-try if you haven't been here before.

Pizza is a very personal preference sort of thing. I get that, but for me this had to be one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Their menu comes across as a Bougee cuisine but the pizza makes Dominos look good. We had a simple Pepperoni and Sausage. The crust was wet, floppy and chewy. The thick part of the crust was hard and chewy and not in a good way. We ordered the Solstice Salad, which to be honest wasn't bad. The dressing lacked flavor but wasn't terrible. There are far better options in town.

SouthCreek continues to deliver yummy and delicious pizza! I love taking my fiancée here for date night!

I had my birthday party here with approximately 20 people. The restaurant was great to book and work with for a large group. We initially had reserved the outside patio, but due to notorious Reno weather it decided to storm. The restaurant quickly shifted gears and had us set up inside with 2 large tables in the back. It worked out perfectly so we could all sit but still move around and mingle. The food and the drinks kept coming and everything was delicious! Shout-out to the great customer service! It is not always easy to book for a group but everyone here made it effortless. Thank you!

First ever family visit to SouthCreek! We had a great time, even when it was super busy we got seated in a decent amount of time and the quality of everything was spot on, great job team. Love the ambiance here every time, such a cute place and very tastefully decorated. SouthCreek is definitely a vibe, and the staff is just as friendly as the owners themselves. I'm going to go out a limb to say that I have a new favorite traditional style pizza in Reno, and the crust here is really the standout, it's incredible. The entire family agreed, kids and all, this is the new favorite spot, love it. Can't wait for the next visit, need to try the shrimp everyone is raving about.... Pro tip if you need an appetizer, the ribs are fantastic as well...

I was here for a birthday party last Saturday. We were originally suppose to be out in the Patio, but it was raining, so it was moved inside. The seating was ackward for starters and the service fell short. There was just no continuity in the service. I was disappointed because we were there to celebrate my friend and I wanted it to be special for her. I have been here many times before and I have always left with a very positive experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. Also, although the Pizza we ordered was good, the overall experience pretty much overshadowed the food.

**Takeout Review Only*** - High expectations but this just missed the mark for a few reasons. We did takeout because we called and the guy on the phone couldn't tell us average wait time at 5 pm. Then when we arrived there, at 7:20 pm to pick up our food, the place was 3/4 empty on a Saturday night. So we ended up eating out of the trunk of the rental car. Very disappointing as we would have liked to experience our meal dining inside. On the bright side, our food was ready right when we got there. Hostess was very pleasant and nice. When we picked up our food, the pizza was somewhat limp. We had the Frankie P, pear salad and ribs because someone on YouTube said the ribs were excellent. Sadly they were the worst item. They were dry. It was like they were made a few days ago and they reheated way too long. It needed a sauce to handle the dryness. When the salad is the star for a pizza place, that's when you scratch your head and wonder whether it is worth eating there again?

Pretty good pizza A bit expensive, but still worth a visit. I'm very picky when it comes to pizza but I'd say try it out if you're in the area. Pretty good service too!

We went to South Creek Pizza because we were craving something different after the Christmas holiday dinner fare. South Creek serves one of the best pizzas in town. Their wood-fired pizza oven makes the difference. I had the garden pizza and my hubby built his own that included onions and sausage. Their sausage is his favorite. Both were very delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. It's definitely a comfy locals place with lots of great pizza.

Probably the best pizza in the Reno area. I've been here a few times and loved everything I have gotten so far. My favorite has to be the Frankie P. I'm not a huge fan of red sauce so I love that it comes with evoo. The meats also blend really well with the hot honey. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is so soft. Whenever I dine in the service is great and they play good music too. Definitely my go-to pizza spot in Reno.

Pizza Collective is still a hidden jam in downtown Reno!…read more From a small wood fire oven a tiny team cranks out some picture perfect Neapolitan style pizzas. It's clear they focus on quality from the dough to the sauce to the cheese to the toppings and they put in a healthy dose of passion, fun and love too. It's been a minute since I've stopped at this place but western lights festival brought me downtown and this was part of my plan from the go. I was excited to see that they added woodfired chicken wings, one of my personal favorite dishes anywhere and had to order them and these is absolutely did not disappoint and I'll be back for them again and again. Sometimes it's tough to get a really good crispy chicken wing out of a woodfired oven but this team nailed it in there, buffalo Parmesan sauce was divine, especially with a little bit of the house made ranch. The pizzas were also good, but I didn't like that. They served them in paper takeout boxes because even the short trip from the cutting table to us in that box steamed the pizza and made it super floppy. Toppings were sliding right off the pepperoni pizza we had and it just wasn't the best pizza experience Of the white pizza we tried with spinach and roasted garlic was awesome. I don't wanna held up a little better maybe because it didn't have sauce and the roasted garlic was perfect. Staff is super sweet and accommodating menu is diverse and interesting in and the vibes of West Street market are great for a date or a group so put this one on your list.

We grabbed food from the Pizza Collective. The wood fired wings, a pizza, the roasted cauliflower, and a glass of wine came to about $70. A bit on the high end but the portions were good. Props to the wine pours, you definitely get your money worth on that. The highlight was the wood fired wings. While not even remotely crispy, they had an interesting wood fired flavor and the buffalo sauce was very tasty. I enjoyed how tender they are and didn't miss the crispiness because the tenderness was on point. The pizza was good, but the dough was slightly undercooked in places. Wood fired ovens can be tricky and it seemed like it got the best of them today. The service was friendly. Everything came out fairly quick except for the cauliflower. They told us it would take awhile, but we ended up being finished with nearly everything else before they got the cauliflower out. West Street Market is a cool space to hang inside or out. I did notice a more run down vibe than in the past, but its still a comfortable place to enjoy some grub and drinks with good company. Give the Pizza Collective a try if your at West Street Market anyway. They have lots of good choices, including vegan options. But keep in mind there are other options. Doing some mix and match might be your best bet here.

Unfortunately, we were stuck back in the rear corner of the building on this visit. The vibes back there are not nearly as nice as the up-front dining. Service was still good even though we were out of view of the main dining area. We started with the cauliflower appetizer. Very well cooked, perfectly tender, and the Calabrian chili oil was perfect for adding some spice. We then ordered entrees, which included the duck duo and a Caesar salad. The Caesar is nothing to write home about. It's fresh and from scratch, but it's just a Caesar. The duck duo came with both duck confit and duck breast. The duck confit was unreal. So tender and so flavorful. The duck breast was a bit tough for my liking, but I really enjoyed the sauce they used on the dish. Most of all, I was shocked by how good the dessert was. We ordered the cast-iron chocolate cake, and it was unbelievable. The sauce that bubbles away in the hot cast iron was spooned onto the rich cake and topped with vanilla ice cream. Nothing better! I miss the old Liberty that used to offer daily specials and killer deals on pasta and pizza, but the new Liberty ain't so bad. It might be a bit more pricey, but still a reasonable option for a nice dinner out in Reno.
