I live in San Antonio, Texas and I frequently go to the location off of Potranco and 1604 in Dove Creek. Your staff there always works there hardest and never stops moving. The girl that was in the back that was working last night running food out and cooking at the same time was literally running food out to make sure they got everything in a timely fashion. We tried this for the first time and ordered it through Door Dash. This is the best pizza I've had in San Antonio! The crust is crispy and you can tell it's oven-fired. It has the perfect amount of char on it. The variety of available toppings, sauces, finishing sauces, and cheeses is impressive. We made our own, but they also have a good selection of pre-designed ones. I assembled our dream pizzas, with roasted garlic (cloves of roasted garlic!), roasted red peppers, onions, olives, artichokes, and more. Even the meat selection is impressive and includes things not at most other places, such as ground spicy chicken sausage and anchovies. Just heavenly! I love this place simply because they do deliver to my neighborhood. I've had multiple places not willing to deliver or not having drivers with the apps. The kids cheese pizza is amazing! Cheesy Surprises, meat tornadoes!! All possibilities exist at MOD. The fresh baked crust and assortment of toppings. You can't really go wrong. You can get white, red, or pesto sauce. Their salads are plentiful and there are so many options. They have wine in a can or beer on tap. MOD screams options and if you're a pizza lover, this is a good try. This opened up recently by my house and I just got around to giving it a try. I have been to other locations and enjoyed the food and the ambience. Upon walking in on a Friday night was very busy, but the line didn't take too long. The Decour is very similar to other locations which is kind of an industrial artsy feel to it. It is very loud and I almost wish they would turn down the music some. The people behind the pizza making stations are very friendly and accommodating. We ordered three pizzas, a mini, and mod, and a mega. We went and had a seat and I began to drink my beer. About five minutes later the mini came from my grandson. He began eating it. Five minutes after that my pizza, the mod, came. I am sitting here waiting for my daughters pizza. Another 5 to 7 minutes later this one came. This is my only issue is that they cannot get orders out at the same time. I enjoy the food and the atmosphere but they really need to get their cooking down read more

My daughter and husband have been telling me about MOD for months, and yesterday I finally caved . I LOVE this location. They are always so friendly and so attentive to customers. They are also very fast even during lunch hour which I really appreciate as I only get an hour due to work. They always have everything fully stocked such as extra sriracha and red pepper flakes. The food is also fresh and you can tell they don't use much produce from the day before (if they do I would never know!). They also keep it very clean inside. I ordered online for a pick-up order. When i arrived at the designated pick-up area at the store, the employee grabbed my food off the shelf and dropped it in front of me. Both my husband and I said thank you. He never spoke to us and rolled his eyes. I know it can be tough in the workplace right now but a little acknowledgement isn't too much to ask for when customers go out of their way to show appreciation. We tipped well too, which I am regretting right now. I was very excited for this new location to open because it is right by where we live... but there has been nothing but problems since this location has opened. Tonight, for example, the pizza line was backed up so much and multiple people asked for refunds and left. Some just walked out. The employees did not seem bothered by what was transcribing, and kept talking to each other and joking around. They did not announce to anyone that they were having issues with the pizza orders and the line is almost out the door as I type this. The new employees are not professional and I would much rather visit the Westover Marketplace location. read more

Usually I would do anything for MOD pizza. However, I will NEVER return to this location and neither should you. What is the point of wearing a mask when over half the employees aren't even wearing them over their nose,mouth or both! Why is it that I have to stand 6 feet apart from my family and come nowhere close to the food when the employees who are standing DIRECTLY over the food don't even wear their masks properly?! I left without ordering and will not be returning. Bummer. read more

This place is so good! The pizza is great but my absolute favorite is the Caesar salad 's! There's something about the dressing that keeps me coming back every time!
