The service is awful. I placed my order at 5pm and I am still waiting. It's now 6:54 pm.

I wanted to give them a second try, first time I had to wait half hour for an order I placed a few hours ahead of time. Today, I placed an order in at 5 to pick up at 6. I go there at 6 the systems are down and it would be a 20 minute wait or you could pay by cash. My order was ready for 10 minutes already and I was going to get cash. Completely understandable, that no one has control over the computers. The problem arose when I heard they gave half my order to someone else and I would have to wait even longer for 2 pies while half my order gets cold. I have Two consecutive strikes against Domino's from this location. The pizzas arrived but man - the portions were skimpy. Not so long ago, they took over 2 hours to deliver so this place is trending badly. This last few experiences made up my mind that I will be buying store-bought Home Run Inn pizza from the grocery store from now on. I called to place an order over the phone and asked if they're still taking deliveries, the man said "no we aren't accepting deliveries". I wasn't mad because it was near 15mins before closing, so then I was fine doing pick up. But then he had said they're not accepting orders, which had me confused because why wouldn't he say that in the first place. I had asked the man if there was reason for them not to be accepting any orders and their reason was that "the (his) upper management sent out an email to not allow us to accept orders". Left the call as that, but still didn't sit right with me. So I tried to see if their website says anything... which it doesn't . I would like to give a zero but ... I placed an order 2 days in advance for a 1:00 delivery. After 1:35 I attempted to call several times but only ended up in an automated loop and no way to speak to a person. I drove to store to see if the order had dropped out of system (trying to think positive), however when I stepped into store a lady was making a pizza and just looked at me. Eventually she asked what I wanted. I asked to see the manager, she said nothing, I asked again, she said it was her. I told her I wanted to speak with her. She continued making pizza; cutting pizza; preparing pizza dough and then yelled from across the store, asking what I needed. I told her I wanted to check on an order that had not been received. She said nothing and continued making pizzas. She eventually came to counter and asked order number; I told her and she said it was out for delivery. I asked her a question and she just snapped, "I'm the only one here." As a customer, I don't care .... I placed the order two days in advance and it was order #1. I asked her what her name was and she refused to respond and eventually asked why I wanted to know. I told her I wanted to know who I was speaking to. Anyway, she offered to refund my money and clicked a button on the register and said she refunded it. I was still charged. I have used this Dominos for years but WILL NOT use it again and most likely will not use Dominos again. read more

On Christmas Eve we ordered from the app. The pizzas delivered to us were dripping grease out of the box. I should have not accepted the delivery, but i did. Opened the boxes and discovered that they had actually POURED butter all over the crust, soaking the boxes. AND the pizzas were burnt, badly overcooked. I called and the "manager" said they'd replace the pizzas. I told them they had 30min or i was going to go up there with these inedible pizzas. Thirty min pass so i drive to the location just a few miles away. The "manager" says they didn't remake the pizzas but they refunded my money. As it was xmas eve, that refund wouldn't process for DAYS... thanks. So no dinner and no money to purchase something else... great. Well guess what? That refund NEVER posted. So i went thru their app and filed a complaint. They immediately asked for pics, which i replied with. And since then..... crickets. Its been almost an entire month and I've had ZERO communication from Domino's. No replacement, no refund, not even a reply to my multiple emails. Very disappointed! Last time I ordered from them the pizzas were so skimpy on the toppings it was a joke! I also ordered a thin crust pizza and it was way over cooked! the cheese was dryed out and brown! I spoke to the guy working there and he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "it can't be over cooked because we cook all our pizzas the same amount of time!" I said, "so you cook a deep dish pan pizza the same as a thin crust? And you don't think the thin crust would get over cooked?" It had apparently never occurred to him! I received a message saying my order had been delivered but nothing was at my front door. I called the store and was told their system was messing up and I might have received the message by mistake. The girl on the phone said the driver was just heading my way. About 5 mins later I get a phone call from the driver saying he left my order at a house on the corner and asked if I wanted to check if it was there. Are you serious?!!!!! NO I am not going to walk down the street checking every door step. I told him I would not check so he said they would redo my order. I am so disappointed in their service and their lack of effort to make it right. Yes my order was redone but delivered almost 2 hours later. Didn't get a "we are sorry, how can we do this right?" This is truly the turd dominos. You get slices of pizza with no cheese and they argue and tell you "we used the right amount." We love this Domino's! Always get fast service, great amount of toppings, and always perfectly cooked. They also give a military discount if you pay in store which is awesome! When the pizzas were ready (obvious by my name and ready on their "who's up next" board), one of the drivers managed to take my pizzas out of the store on a run while I was sitting there. Yum!! I'm a pretty loyal Papa John's fan but I tried this Domino's for the first time this past Wednesday at my godmother's house and it was DELICIOUS, might I say even better than PJs. We ordered the pizza online and it was only $7.99 for a carry-out large pizza with up to three toppings (what a great deal!). The online ordering system is easy to use and even tells you when your pizza is ready to be picked up. We ordered two pizzas, one with garlic parmesan sauce, feta cheese, spinach and mushroom, and the other with marinara sauce, pepperoni, spicy sausage and olives. We also ordered plain wings. Before we knew it our order was ready and since we paid online all we had to do was pick it up. All of the food was piping hot and yummy. I'm definitely looking forward to trying this Domino's again! read more

And two I just tried putting in an order an hour and a half later I still hadn't received my order so I called to ask where my order was and one of the guys looked up my order and said it should be a couple of minutes 15 minutes later still no order so I call again and then tell me that they can't find my order in the system but they still charged me for an order that they apparently can't find! The only time I've had an issue with this place was a few weeks ago when they forgot a $0.65 ranch cup. It wasn't a big deal and the pizza was amazing-- but Domino's makes it so easy to submit issues that we thought we might just let them know for the future. Flash forward two weeks later and they call me. I forgot completely about it, but they didn't. Their manager called me, apologized for not getting to me sooner (despite a current pandemic which makes it 1000% understandable), and offered our entire order again for free: any 2 large pizzas, a ranch cup, and a free 2 liter on top of that! What?! A $0.65 ranch cup-- the easiest thing in the world to forget to put in an order, and I even said that. The manager very seriously told me about how they train their team members to not forget those small things and went on to thank me for my feedback. This is insane: customer service like this is just unheard of and so rare. On top of all of that: every time we do in-store pickup their team members are incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful; and with everything happening currently, they're taking this pandemic seriously and wearing masks in store. Picked up order tonight and it was hot n fresh. Delicious looking. Checked out, paid with debit card, and signed for charge. I asked for peppers and clerk have me 3 packages as requested by me. He then asked me if I wanted some cheese and I told him "yes". He starts reaching for the packets and tells me that there will be a $0.15 cent charge per each one. I told him to "forget it" and turned to leave. Then I shot back that I could not believe they would charge me for cheese packets that I get free on pizza deliveries. Customer service and friendliness is over the top. I am a senior citizen and they are all so kind to me. I have never had a problem with any order, delivery or store pickup.
