This was the first time my kids and I have been to MOD and we went because my bestie recommended it. I got the Tristan, she got the Mad Dog, my son got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and my daughter got cheese. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I like that the crust is thinner and that you can add toppings for no extra charge. The pizza was the perfect size and the cooks were very friendly. The only complaint is that the drinks are overpriced. We will definitely eat here again. read more

Not very many options are open late in this area but luckily they were. I like that I can pick and choose what I want and having the options for vegan cheese and vegan Italian sausage with some balsamic glaze. Delish. It was pretty cold inside but at least it was clean. Every single time I come here I pay for 5 ranches and get one cup of ranch that is half full.... The guy at the counter put 5 ranches on my ticket. I double checked with the girl working finish and she assured me my ranches were in the box. We got one ranch for two pizzas and it was literally half full. I hate to call out the workers, but dang dude do better. Unless the owner or manager is telling them to fill them up half way and to only give out one, then they need to be held accountable. I'm paying with my hard earned money and have lost out on atleast a pizzas worth of money on ranches. The pizzas were super dry and misshapen. I get you are busy but we had to tell the pizza maker to not just put sauce in the very middle of the pizza, to sprinkle the cheese towards the edge and to add more than a tiny sprinkle of each topping. These pizzas are expensive. I get it's hard to find good employees these days, but dang man the kid working the pizza line and the girl working finish need to be trained better. It seems intentional. Also they can't even cut a dang pizza properly. They cut it three times and didn't do the 4th on both of our pizzas. How lazy can you be? We were new customers and didn't know where to order, and when we asked for help, the employee responded in a snobby, disrespectful way, asking if I was new like it was some kind of joke. It was certainly fun to create your pizza. The biggest downside as I didn't know the smallest most certainly wasn't going be filling. Personally, it should only be labeled as a children's size pizza. The gentleman who delivered the pizza was great, but was from Doordash (or another delivery service?) Either way, I couldn't give input as he wasn't from MOD Pizza. I'm not a fan of using a third party because I don't know who my tip is going to or how to give input (had a negative experience). Is it going to MOD Pizza and the delivery driver or just the delivery driver or just Mod? It was worth a try. But I won't be ordering from here again as well as not coming in to eat/order. read more

So I gave this place a try again and the jokes on me. The place was pretty empty so when I seen the pizzas come out of the oven I knew they were mine and walked up to go get them. TRAVIS rudely said "can I help you?" With such a condensing tone. It seems like every time I come here the customer service is just absolutely terrible or it just gets worse. While we usually like Mod, particularly this location, we were a bit disappointed on our most recent visit. Staff did not seem to be assigned properly, one staff doing three jobs, while others seemed to have almost nothing to do. Unlike other visits to this location, we also noticed that toppings were very light and not evenly distributed, and the crust has a number of large air bubbles. Also, no one was cleaning tables, so the dining area was a bit of a mess. I am happy to report that the pizza and accompanying No Name cake were still enjoyable, but I think with better management, our entire experience could have been significantly improved. read more

Not sure why. My pizza was half assed cut and I had to go back and ask for a knife...meanwhile getting cold. Service has gone downhill for sure. My name got yelled out and then my box was dumped on the counter & they walked away. I've had excellent experiences at MOD Pizza locations on the east coast, so this was a no-brainer visit when my friend and I needed a quick but filling meal while out shopping. We ordered online which was a seamless experience. My friend got a speciality salad and cheesy garlic bread, while I customized my own vegetarian pizza. I love being able to add as many toppings (ahem, cheeses) as I want for one low price of about $10 for the normal size. The crust was crispy and everything was fresh. I scarfed down a little over half in the car (since indoor dining was still closed at this time) and saved the rest for dinnertime. As soon as I walked through the door, an employee called out, "Are you Mickey?", signaling me over to where I could pick up my order. It was even ready a couple minutes earlier than quoted. I really enjoy coming here for the yummy fresh pizzas and making my own. The only downfall is when you order off their already made menu. I love MOD pizza! I discovered it last year when I took my staff out for a special dinner function at MOD in Silverdale when they first opened the joint. Most of us have been back so often they know us by name, title, and everything else. It is a fast-paced restaurant. When you walk in, the line is generally super long especially if you show up at lunch time. The line can extend all the way to the door and for a first-timer is a frightening sight. You would think that being at the back of a line like that your food would take forever. But literally it moves lightning fast. It's a noisy restaurant too but something that you get used to once you've had the experience at least for the first time. The concept is brilliant. There are three prices for the pizza. Grab a small one (called the Mini) for just around $5 or so, the next size up is the MOD will run you about $8, in the largest one they have is not much more than that. From what I can tell the MOD is the most popular, and honestly although two people could eat from it I don't know anyone who hasn't devoured their MOD all by themselves in one sitting at least their first time. You can eyeball scan the menu board and select a pre-designed pizza by choosing the number of the one that appeals to you most. Or you can go through the line and order anything and everything that you want on your pizza. You can have double, triple ingredients, all of the ingredients available, or just cheese and sauce. It's the same price depending on whether you get a mini, a mod or the bigger one. And for my gluten-free friends MOD offers a gluten free crust. It's really cool watch the line move that fast as they make pizzas in the style that Subway sandwich shop creates sub sandwiches. Then they toss your personal creation in that super high heat oven for just a few minutes and it just comes out on the other side amazingly delectable. I always make sure that I request extra crispy. Recommend that you do the same or it could be a little doughy. The most important thing to me is that this company was built to help homeless individuals, students who can't afford to stay in school, and other individuals in need, to be able to have jobs with a livable wage and benefits. So, I love the pizza because it's good. But I truly love MOD pizza for what it stands for in our community as it helps individuals do better in life, while providing us all with tasty, nutritious, and fun food.
