I saw someone who did not look like someone who would be a normal employee. This person looked like a Manager or possibly the owner. What really stood out to me was that this person was sweeping floors , delivering food to tables, cleaning tables and other things that were needing to be done. I confirmed with him and other employees that he was the owner, who I later found was named Brian White. I noticed that he was not micro-managing his employees and was just allowing the fine-oiled machine to just function as they were trained. I could tell that he was not there to manage but to support them. It was busy and they were like ants doing their job as the assignments required. I could not have been more impressed with an owner and his employees as I was at that moment!

I work in operations, helping business owners set this kind of system up, and I could not easily make sense of it and the girl at the counter had no idea how to help. Once I finally got it figured out for us, the order took forever to come out (wasn't busy) and when it did, the order placed after mine came out a good 5 mins before mine. My order also had a meal for a hungry toddler that needed to eat asap, which was why we ordered hers first. The food itself is very good, the steak ta-ketos were amazing, my husband enjoyed his nachos, and toddler was very happy with her quesadilla (although v sad they do not have sour cream) but it's hard to appreciate the food when I had to spend so much time and energy trying to figure out how to order to use the coupon we were given, all while managing a hungry, active toddler...IYKYK ‍

The side tender was dry and stringy. The seasoning they use was too salty for my taste, and wasn't very hot. Less salt and more hot would have been much better. The fries were warm but very dry. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, especially the front door that was encrusted with oil, grease and seasoning. And worst of all I was bothered by at least 4 flys throughout my lunch there. Overall, not impressed at all. Highly doubt I will ever return to this restaurant.

What we ordered on paper was correct but they messed up two of the three items and they even had us pull over after we paid to wait for our items. After you order your food, they make you wait around the corner to get it. It took a little bringer then we expected to get our food. But things were made fresh so that was nice.
