First time ever at Five Guys and was very impressed. I got a burger bowl. I love how you can customize it with all the different toppings they have. The beef patty was also delicious. We also got an order of fries to share and wow, these are truly the standout. I think they are my favorite burger place fries ever. Perfectly shaped, flavored, and seasoned. My toddler son was a huuuuuge fan of the fries. And we ended the meal with a Reese's milkshake. My daughter was on cloud nine. It was so yummy--the perfect dessert. It did take a little while for the food to come out, but it's because they make everything based on how you order, which means it's super fresh. They do offer peanuts to munch on while you wait which was a nice touch. Only complaint is that it's a bit pricier than other burger places. Food is top quality for sure, but you do pay a little extra for that. Interior is bright and sparse, but the kitchen is in full view so you can watch them getting everything ready! I have always liked Five Guys hamburgers, for some reason they taste better. I like the fact that you customize your own burger makes a big difference and their burger patties taste really good. You have to wait a little since they have to make each burger differently. Their fries are my favorite, probably frying using peanut oil makes it taste better. Five guys is always consistent. It takes a bit of time to prepare your burger and fries, but they're always hot and fresh and I love the unlimited toppings. My father asked for extra mushrooms on his hamburger and it came loaded. He was so thrilled. The only downside to five guys is the expense. Fast food has gone up so much recently and that's not all their fault. But they've always demanded a premium, which means less visits than maybe some other places. read more

I visited with high expectations, given the glowing hype seen on YouTube. The experience fell short. The fries were on point! A regular size fry will feed two people because they throw in extras in the bag. The little cheeseburger is one patty while the regular cheeseburger is 2 patties. I appreciate the taste and the quality of ingredients they use. It doesn't seem like they skimp on toppings either. You can snack on unlimited peanuts they have all over the store. This is a very good restaurant however the bacon on the burger tastes how a pig smells which I know is natural but still it makes me cringe every bite. I loveeeee how the soda fountains have many different kinds to choose from. They have the movie theater soda fountain. The fries were good (I ordered Cajun) but they were slightly bitter I can't tell if it's because it was fried in peanut oil or because it still had skin on. Now for the bacon burger no toppings besides bacon and beef it was a good the first bite but the more bites you took the richer and harder to eat it got which made you very full and unable to finish the fries you get with it especially since the bag is filled with fries for some reason it's like the worker missed the cup on purpose. Their was one soda machine out of order and in order to select the soda flavor you want you had to push hard on the button with your thumb which is inconvenient especially since it takes a long time for the option to be selected. All in all,the food was good and unique, the workers were decent although the place did feel kind of cramped because their were delivery's of peanut oil and coal stacked on one area and that's it (the price of the burger is ridiculous 12 dollars for one burger is wild). read more

I ordered my little bacon cheeseburger ahead of time on door dash app and arrived about 1 minute before pickup and still waited an extra 10 minutes. After that I got home, the bacon was burnt and in little pieces and there was no cheese. My first time to this location since I moved close by and I was happy to find that they are well run, with good quality, and a competant crew. I got my standard cheeseburger ($9.05 before tax) with my usual toppings. Mayonnaise, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and Jalapenos. When I unwrapped it, it was well assembled and made a good presentation. The flavor was top notch, which is why I come to Five Guys for hamburgers. The fries are good as well, but typically just the burger is enough to satisfy my cravings. Busy, busy evening after work and was craving a decent burger. I've never tried Five Guys so it wasn't top of mind but my car magically appeared in front of this place when I left Target. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by a very friendly young woman behind the counter. It was 7:30ish so there weren't too many people inside and I explained to her that I'd never been to Five Guys. She offered to explain the menu to me and I placed my order and then checked out the interior. There are boxes of peanut oil, peanuts and bags of potatoes stacked around the dining room which makes for a fun and interesting feel. They even have salted, roasted peanuts in the shell right sitting out for customers to help themselves. Love that! The store is clean and inviting. I got my order to go and when I got home and took a bite of my burger I was quite pleased. No filler in the hamburger patty and very fresh ingredients. My cajun spiced fries were really good too. Prices are a little higher than I expected but the burgers are quality. Heck, McDonalds or Carls Jrs specialty burgers are priced similarly and they've got nothing on the freshness and wholesomeness of Five Guys' burgers. read more

There are free peanuts to munch on while waiting. I dont mind waiting since they prepare the food after you order it, it is never made in advance. The burgers are juicy and get a 10 from me based on the taste. The fries are made from fresh potatoes so they have more of a potato flavor than frozen fries. They offer two sizes of burgers, a regular size and a small one. The regular is huge. I get the small which one would assume is adequate for the average person. Keep this in mind when ordering for kids since there are no kids' meals. i would suggest splitting a small burger for kids or ordering a hotdog which is also on the menu. They also make the fries fresh and post a sign where the potatoes of the day came from (various farms across the country). One order of fries is more than enough for two people. The prices may seem a little on the high side for a fast food place but the serving size is larger than normal and the food is prepared fresh to order. They offer multiple toppings to go on your burger or hotdog. While I usually get food to go, they do have inside dining. While waiting for my food to go, I always see staff cleaning any empty tables, keeping the trash emptied, and anything else that is needed to ensure the dining room is very clean. It is hard to find anyone doing any cleaning at the traditional fast food chains anymore so its nice to see and welcomed. read more

I totally give their business model props, fresh, quality ingredients; focused/limited menu; and FREE toppings! I'm sorry to say Five Guys just isn't my favorite burger. I'd prefer In 'n' Out, Habit, or Smashburger first. Five Guys is a decent burger though, and my boyfriend and other family members like it a lot, so I'm happy to tag along if that's their choice. The meat is decent, but if you put more than a couple toppings on it (which why wouldn't you with all the offerings?!), the burger doesn't hold up. It gets messy to eat, and the bun pretty much disintegrates in your hands. If I'm not feeling a burger, I'll get a hot dog, because those are really good here. The fries I can take or leave. The regular fries are kind of benign; nothing special about them. The Cajun fries are overly seasoned; I tried them once and didn't get them again. There is a Coke Freestyle machine for drinks, and the peanuts to snack on are a nice touch. I have no problems with the service; they are always fast and efficient, despite how busy it gets.
