I got a pedi and mani from Nicky and she did a spectacular job! She is so sweet and her work is on point. I got a gel mani with pink french heart tips and pink gel pedi. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking to be pampered and feel great. They have a good selection of colors. I also see they do microblading for eyebrows here as well as botox as well but I was here for the nails and I thoroughly enjoyed the service. ___________ Update 2018 June: Horrible. I believe the management changed. While I had a Mani and pedi done with my friend, we were not greeted despite coming 15 min early only met with nastiness from the manager: "oh you have an appointment at 2pm why are you here?" and the manager barked at us no greeting no politeness absolutely rude. My poor friend was stuck with her as a manicurist and for her pedi. I got Elayna the blonde girl who was really nice, albeit she cut my cuticles and had all 4 of them bleed... not ok. But as I watched my friend she was getting worst service from hell the manager didn't remove all the white old nail polish off her hands. While I got a hand massage my friend did not. The manager also refused to remove her callouses on her feet. The manager rushed her and was overall rude to my friend seemed like she couldn't wait for her to leave. Never coming back. Oh and they never offered tea or water like they did last year. People also came in to make appointments or walk ins and the manager was so rude to them too. read more

I I was a customer of this salon for a very long time. And all I can say , they don't know how to treat a customer, service is very poor , I would even say awful. More than that you can always expect that your stuff could be stolen, and you ll find it in a garbage, if find it at all. Cameras they turning off whenever is convenient! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anybody to visit this salon. Spend your money elsewhere. You would not get neither good service, or high quality job. Owner of the salon rude and disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment for a Japanese straightening. When I showed up, they didn't see me on the schedule. Sharon, who does the Japanese treatment was not even there. They called her to come in. They blatantly lied to me by saying she's running late because of traffic. (She comes from long island... When I asked how her commute was, she said "it's Sunday, the roads were clear"). My hair was not completely straight after and I had to come back for her to fix it the following week. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

New to the area and loved the look of the place. It was clean and not too busy. But two weeks after my dip powder manicure 3 nails are chipped and one nail has completely fallen off. I should've known as the nail technician didn't apply the powder the way I normally get them done. No base powder was used. They also didn't have a ton of colors to choose from. Very pricey, perfect waiting time though it's a very clean place, unfortunately the staff isn't really friendly. From the outside it looks pretty small but when you go in it's actually very spacious. The blow drying was just ok but the brush wasn't cleaned before it was used. read more

I went to Modani Spa a month ago and did a organic blowout and usually I never write reviews but I really like the result. I'm still satisfied about my hair, they looks shiny, straight and no puffy all this time. My hair were mess before but now I don't have to straighten my hair all the time. So I'm definitely gonna come back to do this procedure again. And one more thing organic blowout smells much better than regular Brazilian blowout. Stuff also was friendly and place was clean and nice. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Unorganized staff. EMPTY first floor (where nails are done) FOR A REASON. The same person who does nails does eyebrows etc. so if there's 2+ people getting their nails done at once , shocking but there is nobody to do some of the other work. Went to Modani for the first time to tone and blow dry my hair (I live not far) and was very impressed. I was greeted at the front desk by Alexa. She was nice, courtseous and made me feel welcomed. The place is very edgy. Too nice for the prices that they charge so I felt pampered being there. My stylist (Sharon) did a great job with picking the right toner and nicely styling my hair. I am looking forward to coming back for more services. read more

Some of the staff at this salon is nice, others are very stuck up. The salon recently got new management and they hiked up their prices while the salon is the exact same. A gel manicure went from being $25 to $35 with absolutely no improvements in service. The blonde girl who sits at the front desk is very clearly rude to the other employees. She belittles the other employees right in front of the customers. As soon as you walk in the salon you see her and she is not welcoming at all. She does not know what she's doing and contradicts the rest of the staff. A customer who was getting her nails done next to me politely asked the nail technician not to put the a machine up to her bare nails, and instead of accommodating to the client the technician responded "I don't get why people think this is going to damage their nails" and proceeded to do whatever she wanted. The new management changed the salon for the worst. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Went to this salon about a month ago for a mani/pedi. The place caught my eye as I was driving down Kings Highway near E 13th St., so I pulled over and gave them a call to see if I could make an appointment for a mani/pedi. They said they could take me right away. Once I arrived, I was offered a beverage, and opted for a nice cup of green tea. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated. Nice chandeliers. Not cluttered at all. Very comfortable and upscale. All of the staff that I encountered were kind and professional. Barra was my nail tech and did a wonderful job. I had found out later that this was her first day on the job. She clearly was an experienced tech. I chose a deep, dark blue polish and she recommended a silver, glittery-flecked overlay. It turned out beautiful and cosmic-looking. I loved the combination and would never have thought of that on my own. The pedi chairs had great massagers built in. All of the tools she used on me were sanitized and on a clean, covered tray for one-time use per client. Large selection of colors. Practically had salon to myself because I was there on Saturday morning. Will definitely return. read more
