I recently went to look at a Buick that looked like a total time capsule in the photos but the…read morereality on the lot was a different story. I grew up around these Buicks and have a lot of sentimental value attached to the 3800 engine platform so I was excited to find a low mileage example in the local area. Unfortunately the interior did not live up to the premium asking price as the center console was physically broken and held together with tape and the passenger grab handle was completely snapped off. While the exterior of the car presented well and the tires were in great shape the engine made a very concerning funky noise that did not sit right with me. It is disappointing to see a dealer ask top dollar, well over book value for a vehicle while ignoring obvious interior damage and mechanical red flags that would require a significant investment to fix. I attempted to make a fair offer based on the actual condition of the car and the work needed to make it roadworthy but the dealership was not willing to budge on their price. If you are looking for a car that is truly in the condition described in the ad you might want to look elsewhere because this one feels more like a project than a polished classic. I really wanted to love this car for the nostalgia but a high price tag should come with a car that has been properly maintained both inside and out.

It had all the maintenance records, they knew a lot about the history of the vehicle and personally met the owner of the vehicle. Low pressure sale and that alone was very comforting! With a small deposit, I put the car on hold so I could think about my purchase decision and I felt no rush or threat with that. Educated. Passionate. Honest are the three words that come straight to my mind when I think of Oregons Best Auto Sales. I will definitely do business and refer my friend's family to them. And feel free to message me and ask questions. Happy to tell you more about my experience. Thank you again!

I cannot rave enough about Wilsonville Toyota! I've been a loyal customer for over 5 vehicles…read morewithin 3 decades! This is not a place where they oversell or pressure. My favorite person is John Scott Payne, who is so wonderful with customer relations that I even let him pick my last three cars (two of them I purchased sight unseen) and I was more than pleased at the ease of transaction -- PLUS they delivered the car to my driveway, red ribbon and all!!! I just acquired another Prius yesterday, because my husband's 2021 AUDI's engine light came on. I razzed him about me NEVER HAVING ANY ISSUES with all the Toyotas I've owned! I told him that with the estimate of projected repair, I could buy a new car!!! As soon as he gave in, I called JSP! As he's been promoted, he assigned a newbie for me...same ease of working -- true to the sticker "NO BULL" -- and I'm a very discriminating shopper! This time, the one who went above-and-beyond is Kenidy Barnett. I MOST DEFINITELY recommend him if you're in the market for a vehicle. Believe me I am very good at my homework - I've watched every video there is of Prius reviews online and I've compared vehicles alongside each other. BTW -- the last Prius I owned I only gave up because they offered me more money than I paid for it in the first place -- so depreciation IS NOT AN issue with this model! OH, AND EVEN MORE -- their Service Department is awesome! I've been lucky with all the service advisors I've had. I DO MISS the free carwash card I used to get, tho!

Zero stars if i could…read more I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. Things started off poorly when I arrived for an appointment that I had scheduled in advance and was told I didn't have one. After showing voicemail messages and phone records confirming the appointment, it was acknowledged that I did have one, but I was informed that several other vehicles would now be ahead of me. Over the next several months, with my approval, additional work was added beyond the original estimate. When I finally received the vehicle back, the bill was nearly three times higher than the original quote. Unfortunately, the vehicle immediately developed a severe oil leak from the valve cover area. I was instructed to bring it back, but no tow was offered or suggested despite the severity of the leak. I checked the oil level and attempted to drive it back to the shop. The engine failed and locked up just a couple of miles away, requiring me to have it towed in. After discussing the situation, we agreed that installing a rebuilt engine would be a fair resolution. I agreed to pay $500 for labor and another $500 to add wiring for the oil pressure and generator warning lights. Nearly a year later, I received a call that the vehicle was finally ready for pickup. However, it barely made it a couple of blocks before I discovered the brakes were dragging badly. This was especially frustrating because brake work had been part of the original repair request. The shop kept the vehicle for another couple of weeks before I was able to pick it up for a third time. At that point, I was informed that the newly installed engine would carry absolutely no warranty. After all the time, money, and frustration involved, I ultimately sold the vehicle just to recover some of my expenses. Throughout the entire process, the attitude and communication were overwhelmingly negative and only seemed to worsen over time. What's particularly disappointing is that I used this shop about 17 years ago and received excellent service. I later learned that the mechanic who performed that work has since passed away. Sadly, the quality of service I received this time was nothing like what I remembered. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I would never want someone else to go through what I experienced here.
