MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FRIENDS…read more one of the main guys here sold us a bad motor then when we asked for a full refund since the motors sold are under warranty we were answered with a lot of attitude and told to call our credit card company for a dispute... So instead of addressing the situation head on and taking responsibility for the situation the response was to treat us with disrespect and basically tell us to screw off.. not someone i would recommend for anyone to work with. Also, just to give more details to the situation we were sold the motor on 6/9/21 and told it would be delivered on 6/11/21, then there was a delay although we were promised it would come by friday at the latest (typical for a parts company so no big deal..) then the motor didn't arrive friday but arrived tuesday.. We put the motor in by thursday.. heard it was an internally shot motor (in other words it wasn't tested prior to sale) like it was told/sold. called friday and were told we need to wait till monday for him to try to buy a parts car to sell us another motor.. not going to work! I know how these companies work.. by the time they buy the car 3-5 days.. (he said he would get back to us monday so that proves what i am reffering to) by the time they have the car deliveried to them .. by the time they test and pull the motor.. we are talking 2 weeks before i get a motor. it's ridiculous for us to be expected to wait for them to get something they don't have.
