He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was that Mark was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it easy and enjoyable. His knowledge, great customer service, and dedication to helping customers truly set him apart. Thank you, Mark & David for making this such a smooth and positive car-buying experience. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a vehicle!

That's extremely disappointing, especially after spending my hard-earned money. When I called to discuss my concerns, I felt rushed off the phone and was told someone would call me back. That never happened. The service department was not helpful at all--I felt like the only concern was getting my money and sending me on my way rather than addressing the problems with my vehicle. If you're considering buying a car here, please do yourself a favor: start the car yourself, test drive it thoroughly, inspect everything, and don't feel pressured to make a purchase. The sales team seems focused on making the sale, but once you've signed the paperwork, getting help becomes much harder. Now I'm stuck with a car that's giving me problems after less than two months, and I still don't have a resolution. I expected much better customer service and support after the sale.

Ehren was superlative and the gold standard on information and just talking about cars. He took his time and thoroughly explained the ins and outs of different generations, what to look out for etc. I even inquired about a ppi and he not only was very forthcoming, but also gave me some places that do it well around the area- one of which, auto strausse, was reccomended by my friend's dad who's a big porsche guy. In the end I decided to go another route but I would reccomend Ehren and his team at Supreme Motors to anyone looking to buy any car

Long story short, between CarMax and Carvana, CarMax won. The process does take some time to complete the inspection and paperwork at the dealership but overall still easier than dealing with private party sales IMO. Pro Tip: if you own your car (loan paid off more than 30 days) but you can't find the title, CarMax can look it up so no need to order a replacement title from the DMV.

I have a 2023 Mercedes Benz, C300 fully-maintained and was looking to get the appraisal and options to buy. I guess he didn't like the fact that we were looking for an appraisal and started looking at back and forth between my husband and I with a smirk and started laughing as if we're below his time... He then asked, "are you from Gujarat," and laughed...we were not talking about where we're from or anything in regards to ethnicity. Felt like an act of racism, and I ended up responding with, "No" and stating the city where I live. The entire interaction in exchanging words was about 2 minutes. He was approachable, attentive, easy to communicate with, and consistently quick to follow up whenever I had questions. His positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to make customers feel comfortable reflect the qualities of someone who represents the BMW brand exceptionally well. I initially worked with Edgar, who truly bent over backward to earn my business. Even after I explained that I had already selected a vehicle from another dealership, Edgar remained respectful, confident, and determined. He thanked me for the opportunity and invited me to return so they could reevaluate my trade-in and determine whether something in their inventory could match--or even beat--the other offer. He ultimately delivered exactly what he promised! Edgar demonstrated initiative, persistence, accountability, and excellent problem-solving skills. Rather than giving up on the opportunity, he listened carefully, understood what mattered to me, and worked hard to create a better deal. That level of ownership and commitment is rare. Both Daniel and Edgar provided outstanding customer service and treated me like a valued customer--not simply another sale. They demonstrated strong communication, integrity, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and a genuine customer-first mindset. These are leadership qualities that BMW of Buena Park should recognize and reward. Both gentlemen would be tremendous assets in positions of greater responsibility. Compared with the mediocre service and customer support I received at BMW of Monrovia, the difference was night and day. Daniel and Edgar set a much higher standard for professionalism and customer care. I recommend BMW of Buena Park without hesitation. Thank you, Daniel and Edgar, for going the extra mile and making this such a positive experience. I will definitely return when I am ready to purchase another vehicle!

Edgar originally reached out to me after I told him I had already found a vehicle elsewhere. Instead of applying pressure or dismissing my decision, he respectfully asked for one more opportunity to evaluate my trade-in and review their inventory. His persistence never felt pushy--it showed confidence, resourcefulness, and a genuine desire to earn my business. When I arrived at the dealership, Daniel G. immediately made me feel welcome. He was upbeat, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He answered my questions promptly and helped make the experience comfortable and straightforward. Edgar and Daniel both displayed initiative, professionalism, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. More importantly, they did what they said they would do. Those qualities build customer trust and reflect real leadership potential. I hope BMW of Buena Park recognizes the value these two gentlemen bring to the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would confidently recommend BMW of Buena Park to anyone shopping for a vehicle. They earned my business this time and will be my first choice when I am ready to purchase again.

I was told my car wasn't ready and to wait. After waiting for 1.5 hours and noticing no other delivery customers around, I decided to stretch my legs and check the lot. To my shock, my car--complete with my name placard--had been sitting there ready the entire time. It was clear no one bothered to check or communicate. When I pointed this out to the advisor, there was not a single word of apology--just a careless "Oh? Yeah? Okay." While the lack of communication was annoying, what followed was a serious safety hazard and blatant disrespect. First, when inspecting the exterior, I found an open Exacto knife (flat blade) sitting right on top of the driver's side door. If that blade had fallen on me while opening the door, it could have caused a severe injury. When I pointed this out to a male service staff member, he didn't apologize; he simply grabbed it quickly and walked away to cover it up. I have photo evidence of this. Second, I noticed a significant panel alignment issue and a large gap on the door--wide enough to fit a finger through. When I raised this concern to the two service staff members on-site, their response was incredibly insulting. They literally told me: "It's because yours is a Standard Model. Yours is not premium. It's a completely different car." Are Tesla service employees trained to look down on customers based on the trim level they purchase? Implying that a customer should just "suck up" poor build quality and terrible panel gaps because they bought a Standard Model is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. This level of unprofessionalism has completely shattered my trust in Tesla. What was supposed to be an exciting and celebratory milestone of picking up a new car turned into a thoroughly miserable and insulting experience. Instead of joy, I left the delivery center with nothing but deep frustration and resentment.
