He was helpful, thorough, engaging, and very relatable--plus, we are both USC alums, which was a great bonus! He took his time with the exam and even pointed out an area I should follow up on with my primary care doctor, which I really appreciated. ​The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. They were incredibly patient with me and supportive when it came to explaining my insurance coverage. They also helped me pick out the perfect pair of regular eyeglasses and sunglasses. ​To top it all off, I actually got my prescription lenses the very same day I went in! That is insanely fast. I grabbed a coffee and came back. Lo and behold my glasses were done. We spent a few minutes making sure everything fit well and then I was off on my way. She explain how to work the glasses with such detail and she was smiling all the time and was very helpful We downloaded the Meta app and connected to my phone so I can record videos and take pictures cool I was a kid with a new toy...
