8/25/26-8/26/26 8/25/26 I received a call from Sean…read moreinforming my elongated cushion ran into a snag when replacing. The stone itself was much taller and needed height adjustment. This would need gold to supplement. Fortunately, I had a ring resized two sizes down so had some extra gold material that he used for a trade in. Then they were able to add some height for the new stone. 8/26/26 I checked in with Sean to see if the ring was ready. He informed me he was not in the store today but the rings should be ready to pick up. I called the store to confirm it was ready for pick up. When I received my rings, I was simply over the moon. My missing stone from my eternity band had been replaced. Looked like its old self again. My cushion was now resized so now I can wear it without falling off. Last but not least, my problem child elongated cushion stone replacement- it is absolutely beautiful with the new stone. I could see a shadow on one side where the added height was and the inner ring lining is now polished vs before it was matte. I'm not going to be too picky about this one due to them having to work on a ring that I had custom made in India. The fix is not Going to be perfect. Different techniques for revisions etc. skill will be different than the original designer. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here. I feel confident in returning in the future for my jewelry repair needs.

I placed my order understanding it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. When that window passed with no update, I reached out through their online system -- no response. I then sent a text and was told my ring was still being made. I waited two more weeks, and still received no shipping notification or FedEx tracking. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and order tracking for future customers.

Intially my…read morehusband got a ring made but had not filled the centerstone when he proposed since he was unsure of what diamond cut I would want and really wanted to make sure that I loved what I had. Andy was kind enough to spend some time thoroughly explaining and showing the differences between diamonds to us. The following weekend we returned with the ring and also met Pam which both of them showed us how the ring would look with different cuts, clarity and color. They worked with our budget and presented beautiful options to us. My absolute favorite thing about working with Pam was that rather than pushing me to go bigger since most woman tend to want to upgrade later, she really understood that I just simply like more simple and danity things. They really helped us narrow down the type we would want and they both learned our taste fairly quickly. From there on out, this was our go to shop. Andy has also assisted us in creating custom pieces of jewerly including necklace pendents and my husband's custom wedding band to match the design of my enegagment ring. They have been so patience with us and has always delivered on their end . We even let both our parents tag along with us and to my surprised my mother in-law, mother and father had purchased jewelry from them as well. As time progressed and our wedding date got closer, my husband purchased my wedding band here including the dowry (in my culture the dowry is bride's gift present from teh ro). Pam knew exactly what my taste was based on our previous encounters along with the pieces I would admire which made the process of completing the dowry set much easier on my husband. Their shop does not typically carry many pieces of 24k gold since its not the most popular item to sell but at the resquest can bring in absolutely beautifully stunning pieaces. I had shown them the type of jewerly I would like that would fulfill the dowry and they definitly delivered. They worked with my husband picking out pieces that matched the idea of what I would love. They are very helpful, knowledgable and really take the time to help you find what you want. We have grown so close to the both of them during this journey that they literally feel like family to us. We still keep in touch til this day. I have recommened them to all my family and friends. This will forever be my go to shop.
