We have been here several times and have always had great service. The quality of the food is also quite good and a reason why we enjoy coming here. Today we decided to stop in for lunch. There weren't lot of people in the restaurant (surprisingly) and our ordering went quickly. My wife got a sandwich and I ordered a protein plate with the two sides. We sat down and patiently waited for our food to be picked up. Our spot in front of the pick up window gave us a good view to await the appearance of our meals. Hers showed up first and that's not surprising given it was just a sandwich. Though mine wasn't done, they buzzed our number and I picked up her sandwich. The girl who originally took my order was at the window when I got it and said she was sorry they weren't both ready but would bring it out when it was. I said that wasn't an issue and sat back down. I continued to wait for what seemed far longer than normal. She looked in my direction, smiled, and then I saw a flurry of activity behind the line. My meal then appeared and was brought out by who I presume to be the MOD who apologized on the delay and then asked for the card I used to pay. I asked why and she replied that she hated knowing that I had to wait while my wife ate (which she really wasn't but I understand all the same). I gave her the card and then she came back with it, advising me that she had refunded our entire meal. I said that I didn't find any reason for her having done so but appreciated the gesture regardless. The order taker then came over and said that she didn't like seeing me wait and felt compelled to say something about it. That's unexpected and outstanding service for sure and it doesn't go unnoticed or unrecognized. We'll definitely be back for the food... and the kindness. read more

Went here for the first time and was mildly impressed. The restaurant was clean and decorated beautifully, the service was great! For casual dining, there was someone checking on us periodically throughout our meal which was nice! The only placed I'd really dock points is the quality of food. I ordered half a Pepe pizza and it came out a little cold. However the farmer salad was great! I've had their food several times. It's good but overpriced. Had the horrible experience where I ordered from Doordash and there were no drivers to pickup my order. Whatever. It's no ones fault. Talked to Doordash customer services and told them I would pick up the order myself. Came to pick it up and they were closed already. There was a sign saying they're short staffed so, they're closing earlier now (8PM) However, I could see workers inside and my pick up order on the table. I knocked several times showing them my phone with the order receipt. They looked at me and just looked away. I knocked again, and nothing. I'm so excited to find this place! They seriously have such delicious, fresh, & satisfying food made from scratch for great prices! The steak & chicken plates have the most amazing sauce with them plus 2 sides, I usually get the arugula & blue cheese salad, the rosemary sweet potatoes were so good! As is the Mac n cheese! For lunch, the chipotle beef sandwich was amazing, and we tried the wintergreen salad. The drinks are also great choices: organic black tea, tropical hibiscus, fresh lemonades, and real cane sugar sodas! The staff has always been friendly & accommodating! The breakfast is also super good & the use vital farms pasture raised eggs which i buy at home too, and can finally feel good eating eggs at a restaurant that aren't cheap junk food. This is my new second kitchen! My kids actually love it too! Even my 3 year old likes the food! They have organic milk & juice boxes too. We went to the opening of this new location last month. We got the pizza with pears on it. I seriously don't think I have ever had a better pizza! It blew me away! The coconut salad was pretty amazing too. The owner of the chain was there meeting people and was very friendly and genuine.
