I have been to this location a few times so far and really enjoy Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, the last two times going there my order hasn't been correct one way or another. I ordered over the phone both times so unsure where the miscommunication went. The first time, my boyfriend ordered a hot sub, and when we got home and he went to open it, it was on a wrap. Not a huge deal, it still tasted the same but he was definitely looking forward to the sub instead. This second time, I ordered a pepperoni and American cheese with lettuce, tomato and onion, Mike's way, dry. And the person over the phone repeated it back to me the same way. When I opened my sandwich at home, I could immediately tell the oil and vinegar was also on the sandwich as well. I don't like vinegar and it left an unpleasant taste in my mouth that made it hard to really enjoy my sandwich. Also, I noticed when I picked up my sub, the meat to cheese ratio was completely mixed, along with having Provolone cheese instead of American. It was just a disappointing sandwich. These aren't huge things that will turn me away from this restaurant or location, but I'm definitely going to order in person next time. I've learned my lesson the hard way. read more

This location just opened up last week. No specials. Hmmm, that's disappointing. Zero options for vegetarians zero dairy free cheese options. My boyfriend got the #46 chipotle cheese steak. Be wary of ordering delivery! They will not correct the order unless you drive to their location for the replacement. (Why did I order delivery if I was able to drive there?) They refuse to refund money too. I was told to call DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash did not mess up the order - Jersey Mike's did! The employee I spoke with gave me an incorrect email to contact DoorDash and of course the order is not in my list (on DoorDash) because I didn't order thru them. Edit to add: DoorDash cannot refund because only Jersey Mike's has the payment information. I'm out of luck and now I really hate Jersey Mike's. UPDATE: Two days later, I called Jersey Mike's and spoke with the manager. He not only refunded my money for the incorrect item but offered to make me a new one. ordered a coupla subs at this shop on N.Dobson, Mesa, AZ. Never had such a weak looking sub like this at a Mike's before. Was in town for a sports event. It was Saturday Nov. 5th. The bread was small, cold cut portions weak as well as toppings. Cut in half, I threw the other half out. Right after we ordered they ran out of bread from a previous to go order. I submitted a complaint on line to Mike's but haven'T heard back. I'm originally from Jersey so I know a good sub when it see it. One star is generous. read more

First time at this restaurant. They weren't wearing name tags so I didn't get the woman's name. She appeared to be the oldest taking orders. But she didn't like to repeat anything that I couldn't hear. She got upset with me when I asked questions. The other girls were very nice. Overall the subs were good but way over priced. They don't offer produce options. Example- I cannot get spinach. For the cost of two subs I should have more options for toppings. They charge extra for more toppings. Not like subway or firehouse subs. Not going back there because I can get the same, if not better subs for cheaper price else where. read more

Worst service I've ever had at a Jersey Mikes. Soda machine was out of CO2 and syrup both. Ice tea was empty. Guy at the counter said 'yeah we know, it'll be awhile.' Why did you sell me fountain drinks? Waited 10 minutes. No help. He told another worker. He huffed and shrugged his shoulders. Left without my drink. Two reasons I'm not giving 5 stars. 1) if only they would set the sandwich on a rack when adding oil and vinegar... I don't like the way the outside of bread ends up soaking wet because the bread is laying in the liquid. Simple fix. 2) Not a fan of Pepsi So happy to have this new addition to the neighborhood I have had a few great experiences eating here but tonight I bought two subs to take home and mine was made with very stale bun. Just stopped in to order myself a sandwich been to other locations before and the man upfront had shoulder length curly hair and I got no greeting as I walked in and when I ordered he was just extremely rude and blunt had no customer service whatsoever I felt uncomfortable the whole time because the guy just seems like he wanted to leave if you don't like your job don't work there someone needs to teach this guy customer service or let him go hope my food is good because the service sucks and I won't be back to that location due to the customer service!!!! Got some coupons in the mail so I decided to stop in and see what this place is all about. Pretty funny kid working there named Jake helped me decide what to get. This Jersey Mike's just opened recently and so I tried it for the first time tonight. I phoned in an order and it was ready when I got there. I ordered a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sub and it was delicious! It was stuffed full of steak, onions, mushrooms and cheese, (I had them hold the jalapeños and green pepper strips). The regular size should be called the Huge Kahuna!! I was in Philly a few months ago and had a cheese steak at Pat's King of Steaks and Jersey Mike's was WAY better! Can't wait to try other things on their menu. read more

This was a great tuna sandwich! I love the Mike's sauce that they add onto the sandwich it really gives it a nice bit of acidity! The atmosphere was really great and the employees were all really happy and friendly! IMO the regular sized sandwich is enough for two meals, it's a great sandwich for this price!
