Depending on who you get as your nail technician will HEAVILY decide the outcome on your nails, which is crazy for a well established nail salon, the consistency should be pretty much the same throughout, same quality and outcome. Some of the nail technicians cannot do a simple French tip and some of them cannot use builder gel correctly. I care deeply about my nails and the appearance of them and honestly the last two times I've gone it's been terrible. But when I get the right person it's the best so there's no in between. I'd give lower stars but not everyone there is bad. I do believe there needs to be some kind of training to establish a baseline and to grow from that baseline. Cutting corners when customers are spending hundreds of dollars a month, is just bad business and will ultimately hurt the business.

The girl doing my nails literally did nothing but file my nails down. I honestly felt like I needed someone else to step in and take over. Depending on who you get, I've had my gel nails last anywhere from 2-4 weeks without chipping at all. Massages for manicures and pedicures vary based on who is performing them and how busy they are. I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Edit: this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees do not listen or understand what you may be asking for. If the owner is there she will usually set things straight, but otherwise it's a bit difficult. My last appointment took 2 hours for a pedicure and no-chip, but it was because I walked in during a super busy time. Well he then just rushed the polish on my nails and sent me away. Later that day the polish started cracking on my nails... so now I have cracked clear polish.. I don't understand how hard it is to get a nice manicure.. especially charging 32$ for something so simple. Part of me wants to go back and get it fixed.. but I rather not. I'll find a new nail place.
