I am never returning again. I went in just wanting a french manicure so I asked the employee for a manicure with white tips. He then decided to cut off and grind down my nails assuming I was getting acrylics. I then attempted to tell him that I did not want acrylics or a gel set and he did not understand that. After a few minutes of failed communication, he realized his mistake, so he then got a good laugh at it with his buddy, whom I could not tell if he worked there or not. Once he was done painting, I was escorted to a drying station where I sat until my patience ran out. I left with short, damaged nails and paid $17 for a service that I deeply regret. Not too much to brag about with this place. It's nasty, dirty and the services is terrible. Can't get any worse than is horrible place. My pedicure was about 10 minutes long and both of my feet is hurting from too much shaving by the nails tech. I would definitely go to the downstair nail salon called "Top Nails" by Sears. They do a much better job. read more

The people were very rude they didn't listen to anything i had to say on top of that they are very expensive.

I got a pedicure here and the guy that did it was extremely rude - making fun of my feet to my face. He then would talk to the other people around him in another language, obviously making fun of me. He didn't seem to care with how it looked because he rushed through it, leaving nail polish on my toes. It's dirty and if I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star. All I wanted was nail polish. They repeatedly tried to upswell me. Ok fine, but after I say no drop it. Then when she painted the first coat it was only covering a third of the nail. I said something and she said don't worry second coat will cover. No it didn't. You can distinctly see two layers that are uneven. Not worth my time or money. First time I have ever been to this salon....I definitely will not go back. Went with a friend and we both got the no chip polish. I left the salon with almost all of my fingers bleeding and clipped. Went in for a manicure and was very unhappy with the final product. He smudged my nails and left them unfixed, along with dried polish on the skin around my nails. Also, I began to bleed because he clipped too short. Didn't say one word to me other than asking for the money. Would not go back. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This place is horrible... if you have acrylic or other artificial nails and value your health TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I did the smart thing and called ahead to find out about their technique for pink & white acrylics, and was told that they have a variety of methods but would do them the way I prefer. Pleased with this answer, I went right in and when I sat down with my tech I told her what I wanted and how she should do it. Woman would NOT let go of my hand and kept telling me "It will look the same, we all do it this way" I argued, but she was already applying the electric file and her grip on my fingers was painful. My hands are bruised and painful from her mistreatment, she burned me several times with the electric file, ripped off my perfectly good nails (I only needed a rebase, so this was extremely painful) and proceeded to do a TERRIBLE job on my nails. I told her I prefer for the white to be only on the tip of the nail, so that it looks natural (sort of the point of a french manicure or pink & white acrylics) and she shook her head and told me "this better, make your nails look longer." Again, I couldn't pull away because she was hurting my hand. I kept looking around and thinking that this could not really be happening (hand rape? seriously?) but it was and short of trying to leave in the middle without paying - which probably would have started a fist fight in this dump - I couldn't see what to do except sit there and wait for it to be over. My hands are throbbing now because the very last thing she did was to literally take her cuticle clippers and CUT MY FINGERS ALL OVER. This is not a colorful exaggeration - I am typing this with neosporin on my fingers to prevent an infection because at no time did I see her clean her tools of torture. I immediately called another nail place recommended to me by a friend and asked for an appointment after my hands have a chance to heal. This other place couldn't fit me in right away and I got impatient enough to try a mall salon - lesson learned! I will review the other place after I've been, but this one gets negative stars from me! I'd like to be able to say that it was just this one tech, but everyone else was getting similarly shoddy work done, and nobody seemed to think anything of my yelps of pain (I'm not a wimp, by the way - I've had acrylics for years and even been burned once, but nothing hurt this bad ever) read more
