Visited couple of months back for a quiet dinner friends, and had a nice time. Patio seating was a pleasure with the pretty lights, and Service was also pretty quick but they were not busy, so not sure how the service will be on busy nights. Food itself tasted very good and well seasoned. Plenty of yummy Cocktail options too. Must visit

Great place. The ambiance was impressive. The outdoor patio was dreamy. Table for 6-8 ppl had table with center fire pit, very impressive. We went for ladies night with a live band. Table came with artichoke dip and toasted Italian bread. Yum!! Drinks were on point. I got the bourbon smash. Food was satisfying. Love my artichoke with lemon and crabmeat lump. I got the scallops with grouper dish. I ate the whole plate. I would definitely recommend it. It's attached to a hotel and the carpet on the way to the restroom was memory foam. Such a cozy receptionist area. We took plenty of pictures. Looking forward to my next ladies night.

I came to Moes for the first time with my family for Valentine's Day and we had an amazing experience there staff/ owner were so friendly and the food was DELICIOUS!!! We will definitely be returning, can't wait to experience the patio area looks like such a vibe

Very nice Bday dinner at Moe's 6 different entree's, all tasty and plentiful. A little on the pricey side, but plenty of ambiance, and the entertainment was wonderful.

Underwhelming and overpriced. Have been meaning to try this place for some time. The food is average at best, entrées are overpowered by sauce. The staff are friendly, however there is an upcharge for basic things like use of credit card and sharing salad plates, on top of already high prices. This is surely a one and done.

Jeez! I'm don't even know here to begging with!!! The whole experience was fantastic, from the delectable cuisine to the attentive service to the quaint setting. I just had my wedding celebration and Moe along with he's team made this day an unforgettable day not only for me and my groom but for everyone. This place makes you truly feel like you're home! Thank you Moe!

I was in New Jersey for work. I stayed at the Hub BW premier hotel. Moe's Bistro & bar is just off the lobby. My first dinner at Moe's was the grilled Salmon and shrimp in a Garlic cream sauce. Delicious! I subsequently ate at Moe's every night of my stay. I ate a different dish each night. Everything I ate was so good. And the deserts! Wow, superb! Excellent service! Intimate atmosphere. The patio was so pleasant. Especially in May. The weather was perfect while I was there. If you're in New Providence NJ. Give Moe's a try. I hope you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was. P.S. live guitar soloist on the Thurs. I was there.

The food, drinks and atmosphere are great every single time. To top it off, the staff is friendly and Moe himself is always a delight.

Filet mignon- no salt seasoning on it otherwise cooked perfectly

Barth's is a family-run business, not a huge supermarket, which is part of its charm. The atmosphere has that welcoming, old-fashioned neighborhood market feel. Everything is clean, neatly displayed, well organized, and easy to find as you walk around. Even with such a large variety packed into the market, it doesn't feel overwhelming, and it's easy to browse and see everything they have to offer. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. They're extremely knowledgeable about their meats and are happy to offer cooking recommendations and even recipes if you're not sure how to prepare something. The meat selection is incredible. As I walked around, I saw beautiful steaks, chops, burgers, Italian and Polish sausages, chicken and veal cutlets, German cold cuts, homemade bratwurst, hot dogs, kielbasa, and a variety of wursts. They also carry organic whole chickens and chicken parts, along with homemade chicken patties and chicken sausages. If you enjoy German foods, Barth's has a nice selection of dried spaetzle and other German-style noodles, along with Kabanos and other specialty items. They also have a fresh fish department. What really surprised me was how much more they offer besides meat. You can pick up homemade prepared foods and entrées, locally sourced fresh breads, milk, eggs, dairy products, drinks, fresh vegetables, salads, condiments, and plenty of other items to put together an entire meal. I bought steaks, Italian sausage, kielbasa, bread, and Kabanos sausage, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The quality of the meats at Barth's is truly outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in what they sell. There's a free parking lot attached to the building, which is very convenient along with a couple of handicapped spaces, and they even have some outdoor seating if you want to grab a sandwich or something to eat and enjoy it outside. I can definitely see why I've heard so many good things about Barth's. Great quality, knowledgeable and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and an impressive selection. I highly recommend checking them out. I'll definitely be back!

I thought it was a place where you ordered at the counter but one of the staff invited us to sit down and said he would take our order at the table. They have a very big menu with a lot of options, something for every italian lol. I couldn't help ordering some garlic bread because it was just $5 and it was literally the size of my head. Very good, did not disappoint. Overall I found prices to be very reasonable. I split a Margherita pizza with my Aunt and it was piping hot when it came out of the oven. Also tasted very good. They don't have any fountain drinks or tap water, you have to grab any drink from a drink fridge which I think was the only disappointment. It's a causal place, they had some TVs on in the restaurant and they also have some seating outdoors. Two single bathrooms, one for each gender. Not a place where I think you'll find a ton of vegan options.

The space has a warm and modern feel. On the food side, I enjoyed a beet salad. The dish was beautifully presented with a generous portion of beets underneath a tower of greens, topped with a fried goat cheese cake. Delicious! For cocktails, I started with "The Perfect Pairing" - a seasonal whiskey cocktail with Widow Jane applewood rye, Aperol, spicy pear liqueur, bitters, and muddled orange. I really enjoyed this sturdy cocktail. I'm not much of a dessert cocktail person, but Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream is my flavor, so I indulged with mixology ace Giovanni's "Mint Chocolate Martini." Pumping up the vanilla vodka, creme de menthe and another liqueur was mint chocolate ice cream. Other guests were raving about the espresso martinis (that use freshly brewed espresso right off the machine). It's safe to say that dessert cocktails are a strong suit at Providence Bar! Chatting with owner Eric, I learned that the patio has a retractable roof which will be opening up with warmer weather close at hand. They also hold special events (wine and food pairings, cigar nights, mixology classes). With great food, cocktails, and service - Providence Bar is highly recommended. I look forward to returning soon.

Summary: Food was excellent. Overall service was lacking…read more We arrived at the restaurant and we were seated promptly. The host provided us with our menus upon each of us sitting in our chair, and we thought we were in for a nice customer experience. Upon being seated, we waited about 10 minutes to get bread and water, and then another 10 minutes after that for someone to take our drink order...and then the bar was backed up, so we did not get a drink in hand until about 30 minutes in. You would think that if it took that long to get drinks, you might want to put the appetizer order in when we ordered the drinks. This did not happen. We did not put our food order in until about 45-60 minutes. The apps we ordered were very good. The entrees were good as well, although upon ordering filet mignon medium rare, the meat was severely undercooked (essentially raw and jiggling). We had to request the order be heated to the correct temperature, which our waiter did without hesitation. Unfortunately, as we waited for this to occur the rest of our meals waited to be consumed. We then ordered our coffees/desserts - only 2. Our coffees came out within about 10 minutes, which we finished in another 10 minutes. Dessert did not hit our table for about 25 minutes. We had a 6pm reservation for 3 people. The entire meal took 2.5 hours to compete. We only ordered a total of 3 alcoholic beverages, 3 apps, 3 entrees and 2 desserts. From my perspective, the restaurant did not staff an adequate number of wait staff for the volume of customers. Additionally, there should be a dedicated staff member that can run drinks to tables. Even the person that filled water glasses and delivered bread was falling behind. She brought out apps plates to our table as we were finishing up our apps and eating out of our bread plates. Not a big deal, but just added to the underperforming service. Again, food quality was excellent, but the restaurant did not nail a great service experience on this night. The good news is that hopefully they can correct this for the future.
