We assume it was supposed to be queso, but it definitely was not queso. Calling it queso feels disrespectful to actual queso. We ate maybe a quarter of it and decided we needed to leave before things got worse. Six hours later, we received an unannounced encore performance in the bathroom. I would avoid this place like a plague outbreak--unless you have an upcoming colonoscopy and want to skip the bowel prep.

Both of our entrees were wonderful and prepared to protection. The coffee was piping hot and brewed just like we liked it. What a wonderful visit we had at Dixie House. We both agreed not to wait so long before our return visit.
