I was waiting for somebody at the airport and had to have something to eat so looking around the neighborhood (via Yelp) and considered all the other franchise. Used to be the best place for a meal with family or friends. Had amazing food and prices were worth it. The service was excellent and the whole staff was really on top of everything for a while. However, they recently renovated it and all of a sudden, the staff is goofing off, messing up orders. The worst part is the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. Ate there a few weeks ago and i gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the renovation, but i ate there again today and i not only disliked it, but got food poisoning. This location has a great following and is always a popular stop in to celebrate their special pricing on "Moe Monday's". I like to go in and always enjoy getting guacamole on my burrito (without the extra cost lol). The staff is polite, engaging, and responsive. The last 2 times there they've been out of all salsas at the salsa bar, and I've had to request them to refill it. But the green salsa and the pineapple salsa are worth the wait!!!! read more

Me and my loved one are frequent customers of this establishment and to be perfectly honest the service is hit or miss. Unfortunately, this reflects on the quality of the food. My loved one has a regular order, chicken club (all the way). And it is normally up to her satisfaction, but every once in a while the food is simply too greasy, and she cannot manage to eat it. Although, as previously stated, this problem is due to the service. Like I have said, it is not always this way, it is normally quite good. I was going to give Moe's 4 stars but then I realized, the only things that would keep it from being 5 would be like judging a fish on their ability to ride a motorcycle. In my opinion, two of the most positive elements of Moe's are the quality/freshness of their ingredients, and their unparalleled consistency. The menu is simple, maybe even abbreviated, but yet there is still something for everyone, including kids. Moe's is therefore a prefect example of the old adage "Do one thing, and do it well." Southwestern, that's what Moe's does. No table side guacamole, no margarita specials, no shots of tequila (although they do sell bottled beers), just fresh, consistent southwestern, and I love them for that. There are a TON of Mexican restaurants that serve similar fare, very nearby, but many of them can be good one day and not so much the next. It could be argued that Moe's doesn't serve liquor, because you don't have to be halfway hammered to consistently enjoy it. read more

So I call the store. Manager solution is that if I will come in to the store location he will refund $1.89 for my drink! Really!! Your customer service sucks, and he was a complete jerk to top it off! Never again will I give this place a dime of my money. Was so excited to go into Moe's as I had gotten a free burrito coupon for my birthday! I walk in and when I'm being checked out the cashier host was so rude and annoyed that I had a coupon. She practically threw the pen and receipt at me. I felt like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. My boyfriend even told her he was sorry we used the coupon and she says "it's fine". Then I had to return back to the register to ask for forks and then a second time for napkins. The lady at the register had the biggest attitude. It really put me in a bad mood and made me want to leave immediately after. Worst experience ever, and I love Moe's. Unfortunately the receipt said the person working the register was the manager... a person with an attitude like hers does not need to be working as a manager. My kid loves Moes. She likes shouting "Welcome to Moes" back at the employees, since they're yelling it to everyone who walks in. Overall, this is a standard issue burrito chain. Sometimes it's pretty good, and sometimes you get a totally slopped together burrito that tastes as crummy as it looks. It'll do, in a pinch, but it's not my first choice for a burrito. That said, this stretch of Airport Road is pretty low on food options, so unless you want a burger from Culver's, this is the best choice without getting too far off the highway. read more

Great service. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was at a rap concert in LA. Worker was a little sassy with the rice but he looked like eminem so it was okay. Food was good, but what really shined was the salsa bar! The Verde salsa tasted so fresh and wonderful! I'm not usually a Moe's fan but that salsa made it worth it. I'm going to try this place again tomorrow because my school is having a fundraiser there; but I have been really frustrated with the menu. I've been there probably 4 times. I keep trying different things and they all taste the same - bland. Mexican food should have some spice to it. The only things I like are the chips and salsas - oh, and the soda machine. This time I'm going to pass on the burrito option and go for the chicken club quesadilla, which in my opinion is the most unMexican item on the menu. However, I still get the chips with it. I just would like to feel like I'm getting my money's worth for a change. Hopefully I'm not disappointed again. UPDATE: I got the quesadilla and it was delicious. Aside from the tortilla it was not Mexican but it was nice to finally find something I liked there so I didn't dread going there when others might want to.
