Our waiter was the best! Wish I knew his name but he was so friendly and attentive. I had the shrimp and chicken Cajun pasta and was good! They gave me a large plate and the food was hot and fresh. We also ordered bottomless chops and salsa with queso. The queso was good and I could tell that the chips were homemade

This was honestly one of the most bizarre experiences I've had at this Chili's. I ordered my steak medium but unfortunately it wasn't cooked to the correct temperature. I sent it back, and the second one still came out wrong. At that point I just decided not to continue trying to fix it. The shrimp was actually really good, and the mashed potatoes were solid, but the steak itself was disappointing. I will say the restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate and our waitress was attentive and kind during the whole experience. My husband really enjoyed his meal, so not everything about the visit was negative. Also, the margarita of the month was delicious, so that was definitely a highlight. Overall, the way the steak situation was handled was a bit questionable, which made the experience feel pretty strange. Hoping this was just an off night because I've had better experiences here before.

Despite some reservations I have about changes the parent company that owns Chili's continue to make to the brand and offerings, I still love Chili's occasionally. This location is among the better ones when it comes to consistency and service. It doesn't always feel like they are operating on a skeleton crew like a lot of other locations. As always with Chili's, the food is good for fast-casual. Considering how eye-watering the prices of places like McDonald's have become these days, it's a downright bargain to be able to get a drink, an appetizer, and a burger for barely more than $10 at Chili's still. And that food is considerably better than something like McDonald's. Because of that, Chili's still has a place on my regularly visited list.

Since I was in the area (to pick up BBQ and Broasted Chicken from Hursey's for dinner), I decided on grabbing lunch here in the form of their meal deal - 3 For Me. Starting at $10.99 you get an appetizer, an entree, and an endless beverage. There are some upgrades in the choices that could increase the cost to as much as $17. I have tried most of the items available in this meal deal and have like all the choices. I chose the Chili, the Big QP, and a Coke on this visit. As usual the food was excellent as was the service. The Chili comes topped with shredded cheese and tortilla strips - it is flavorful but on the mild side, I would suggest a good dose of hot sauce if you prefer more heat. The Big QP is directly targeting McDonald's Quarter Pounder. It is 7.5 ounces vs 4 ounces for the QP, 85% more ground beef! The Big QP is topped with 2 slices of American Cheese, pickles, chopped onion, mustard, and ketchup. And it comes with FF - McDonald's QP goes for around $5.75 for the sandwich alone. This a very good burger, and the 3 For Me is a great meal deal. Chili's has definitely rebranded, and successfully so. They have some great appetizer options, and I would strongly recommend the Triple Dipper - choose from Mozzarella Sticks, SW Egg Rolls, Wings, Burger Bites, or Chicken Crispers, with a choice of 3 dipping sauce. The Buffalo (on the Mozzarella), Nashville Hot ( on the Chicken Crispers), and the Ranch ( on the SW Egg Rolls). This goes for $16.99, but can easily serve 3 people. Give this restaurant a try - it is no longer your Mamma's Chili. By the way, the BBQ and Chicken from Hursey's was as excellent as alway. And we managed to grab a bit of take out from Curry Palace. - more on that later.

We were welcomed and seated as soon as we walked in. That was a plus. I ordered the 3 for 10. I got the Strawberry Lemonade, chips and salsa, and the Smash Burger with fries. I'm a chips and salsa person and theirs were delicious. I got some to go!! The Strawberry lemonade and smash burger were delicious as well. The fries were hot and crispy. I will be going again!

Staff was very friendly but today the food was just ok. The ribs were hard and dry. The quesadilla was made with someone other than a tortilla. I asked for no sauce and had to wait to have it remade. The server apologized profusely but it wasn't her fault. It was not worth the wait. It was really bland and the not tortilla was really chalky. I got beans as a side and they had no flavor at all. I could not eat them. Disappointed the food wasn't good and probably won't go back.

We stopped here on our way to Asheville around 3:30 ish. We were seated almost as soon as soon as we walked in. The hubs and I split the Big Mouth Bites with fries and ordered the chips and salsa as an appetizer. The food was on point across the board. Our server was Patrick and he is the man. When your server notices your cup is less than half full and brings you another drink before you have to ask.. that's what I'm talking about. Great job Patrick! The atmosphere is casual and the restrooms are clean (well I only went to the women's ). Using my reward for chips and salsa our ticket was $20 and some change. We gave Patrick his tip in cash. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

Be prepared for a wait! Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we were informed that the servers were overwhelmed. After being seated, our server was phenomenal. She took our drink orders and went to check on other tables in the area. She came back to take our order. After a short while, our food arrived. Everything was as ordered and hot! She returned to refill our drinks. The manager stopped by to check on us as well.

This Chili's has a hometown feel to it. I enjoy sitting at the bar and talking with the bartender. The food is good and the ambience is better. Try their margarita of the month. I order their lemon drop martini as my dessert.

This was better than expected. We were given 2 large baskets of chips and salsa for our table of 4, and continued drink refills. Destiny is the server to get. She is awesome. Everyone left stuffed and with plenty of leftovers for later.

Best Mexican food around. We go once a week. They give you a big portion of food so we never leave hungry.

This is my curbside to go order. 2 meals jammed in a bag that is ripped and dessert. I cream beside the -what should be hot food.

This time I decided to keep things a little more Atkins/keto friendly and ordered a grilled chicken salad and a cup of chili. The total came to just over $26, with the salad alone costing almost $17. I understand prices have gone up everywhere. I can accept that. What I can't accept is paying premium prices while the overall experience falls short. The first issue started before I even got inside. The restaurant was packed, and customers were parked all along the curb directly in front of the designated to go pickup area. That completely blocked access. It took me nearly ten minutes of circling the parking lot, backing up near the dumpster, moving again, and eventually squeezing my truck into a parking space (in the "to-go" pick up area where I'm supposed to be anyway) just to pick up my order. When you're that busy, parking becomes part of the customer experience. At some point management needs to step in and help keep traffic moving instead of allowing the pickup area to become unusable (don't tell me I'm wrong because I'll tell you what not only did. I have to navigate that situation due to cars being along the curb in front of the to go area, but two other vehicles that were parked in the to go spaces had nobody in them and I was there for 10 minutes waiting for my food so those people were inside eating in the restaurant I presume-given that I observed their empty vehicles for a total of 20 minutes). To be fair, the employee who brought my order out was excellent. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly, professional, and was easily the brightest part of the entire experience. Then I got home and opened the salad. For $17, this was honestly disappointing. The chicken, bacon, and toppings had simply been simply tossed in there, while the rest was mostly plain, sad looking lettuce. It looked rushed and careless, especially considering the price. The first of several photos are exactly how the salad looked the moment I opened the container on my kitchen counter. I hadn't touched it or moved anything around. The last photo, however, my awesome lady was able to turn that same salad into something amazing in just a couple of minutes. SHE chopped up some pepperoni that we already had in the refrigerator, diced a little Colby Jack cheese, added tomatoes, mixed everything together, and finished it with ranch dressing and a level 10 appearance on the plate. She didn't have to cook anything. She simply took the time to prepare it the way a $17 salad probably should have looked when it left the restaurant. The chili was good, and I'll absolutely give credit where it's due. Drake's still has menu items I enjoy, and I've had plenty of good meals there over the years. But when you're charging premium prices, customers deserve the same level of quality whether the restaurant is half full or packed to the walls. Being busy explains delays. It doesn't excuse lowering the standard. I genuinely hope Drake's takes this as constructive feedback because I know they can do better. I've seen them do better!

My husband and I stopped in on a Thursday evening around 7pm and the place was pretty full. We sat ourselves at a table in the back room, and I noticed how laid back the place was, which is something I really appreciate. Sadly, it seemed that the relaxed vibe extended a bit too far and reflected on their cleanliness, as I noticed all of the chair rails were dusty, the floors a bit littered, our table sticky, and the plastic menus in need of replacing. Service, however, was wonderful. Our waitress was friendly and pretty attentive given how busy she was. My husband was happy with their on tap beer selection, deciding on Red Oak ($3 on Thursdays!). I went with a margarita and it wasn't the best, but thankfully I didn't pay much for it since it was also on special. They were out of the southwestern egg rolls I initially ordered, so I ended up going with the Philly cheesesteak and homemade chips. I enjoyed the cheesesteak's fresh bread; plenty of tender meat, peppers, and onions; and gooey cheese. It could have used more mayonnaise, but it was still quite good. The homemade chips were tasty but undercooked; if I had been hungrier, I definitely would have returned them and asked for a fresh batch. My husband absolutely devoured the cheeseburger and fries he ordered. He said that it was one of the best burgers he's had in quite a while, and this is a guy who loves burgers and eats them often. I want to return to Piedmont Ale House in the future. I think there are some things they seem to do really well, namely burgers and beer at really reasonable prices!
