Tried this location this week and walked away aggravated again....I have trouble signing in to the app every time, so I am not getting any points despite having the app on my phone. I showed them an email I had received, but still was not honored. No offer of help, no explanation of why I could not get the offer on my phone. Charged full price. Why have the app or get emails if they will not be accepted??? Decent food, just will not honor an email or the Monday special, even though they can plainly see I have the app on my phone and emails from Moe's. Sigh...I cant find a decent Moe's in the area. The "Welcome to Moe's" were a little more subdued today but my lunch was still great. Not especially busy at just after 12:00, I ordered my "close talker" salad and followed it down the assembly line. No chips or queso today, just the salad and a small cup for water. It's easy, it's consistent, and they have the self-service salsa bar if you want to pick it up a notch. There is also a Coke Freestyle machine. A few years ago, my workplace catered from Moe's and it wasn't that impressive so I been avoiding it. I was craving a taco salad with the shell and decided to stop in. Wow! It blew my away! This is my type of taco salad! All of the ingredients were freshly made and to perfection. It was by far the best taco salad that I've had in a very long time. The texture of the taco shell was crunchy and flaky. The best part was the salsa bar! My favorite at the moment is the pineapple salsa. No shame but I've eaten here twice this week. Overall, good customer service for the most part with a little confusion. I checked into Yelp and got a free cup of queso -- when I rang up, it was actually the supposed to be the tiny cup of queso, not the big one. Rather than just giving that to me since it was a mistake made by one of the workers, the guy took the away and gave me a small one. It wasn't like I purposely took it. It was given to me. Every trip I've made to Moe's has been decent and I love the fact that they give free chips with every order, but the food has just never wowed me. I always get a bowl here and I do like that they have different toppings that you wouldn't see at Chipotle like mushrooms, cilantro, and fresh lime. The free guacamole with every bowl is also a nice perk! I was excited to visit the salsa bar, but the salsas fell short for me. Earlier today, I sent my 16 year old daughter over to Moe's as I checked out at another store to get her and her sister a late lunch. She had a coupon and told the person at the order station, they told her to show it at the register. In true teenager fashion, she forgot. She immediately told the person checking her out and he said "Sorry, we cannot take it off. You have to show it before paying." So she comes and tells me. I told her that was not acceptable then I went over. One lady told me there was nothing they could do and proceeds to speak Spanish to the other employee. I explained it was an honest mistake but an exception should be made. She gets another member of the team out of the kitchen. He rudely tells me "No, she did not give it to me before paying." I said I understand that, but this can be remedied in good faith. He forcefully RIPS the food bags out of my hand, throws them away. Then processes a refund for the entire transaction and "throws" the receipt in my face, returning to the kitchen. Granted, it was paper so it didn't go far. I am appalled and stunned at this time so I asked the other employee what his name was. She refused to give it to me and after the 2nd or 3rd time asking says "You aren't getting his information and just walks away." I cannot believe as a customer (owning up to a mistake) we were treated this way. Instead of just fixing it, they threw perfectly good food away and didn't get any of the sale. This was such a neighborhood gem when we first went there about 10 years or so ago. Staff welcomed you with a friendly "Welcome to Moe's!" when you opened the door. The food was bountiful and fresh and DELICIOUS. Little touches like album covers on the walls were ever more appreciated when you realized that the music was also from those artists; and they were all deceased! It added to the charm of the place. Well, we stopped in for an impromptu lunch today. GONE was the friendly "Welcome to Moe's"! Gone were the album covers. (Too hard to figure out?) Portions of chips were still more than ample. The home wrecker burrito was a real letdown. Rice was old. Beans were lukewarm. You had to really dig to find the guacamole, and there was so little of it, it was more of a tease than anything else. I went to Moe's thinking it was roughly equivalent to a Chipotle or something. The main difference though is that Chipotle serves, by and large, real edible food. I'm not sure what part of the animal Moe's gets their meat from, but its not a part that I want to be eating. Want to know what I'm talking about? Get something with chicken in it. Take the chicken out and cut of a piece of it. Eat it on its own. Chew it, feel it, think about it and compare that texture and taste to other chicken you've enjoyed in your life. I don't understand the Moe's hate that I see in these reviews, so I felt compelled to leave my own positive review. I love Moe's...and I especially like it better than Chipotle (which apparently puts me in a very small minority of people, but it's the truth). I have never had a bad experience with any Moe's. I love the customer service at this location, and I appreciate that they are willing to add a little extra of an ingredient if you ask (I like extra black beans on my nachos). I often come in just for a cup of guacamole to go with my dinner, and I ask for plenty of chips...they give me an entire bag full with a smile :) The manager, who often runs the cash register, is very nice as well. The only downsides I can think of are that parking is kind of a pain during peak times (but that's not their fault...it's a busy little shopping center with limited spots) and sometimes the chips are too salty. I don't feel that's enough to take away from the 5 stars though. I love Moe's and recommend this location highly :) read more

I visit Moe's relatively often because they offer a military discount and it's convenient to where my husband and friends work, so we usually just meet up at Moe's when I want to have lunch with them. I haven't been to many other Moe's, so I can't compare this one to other locations, but I would say it is probably pretty average. It's kind of small, with the way the tables are laid out (a long narrow strip of seating vs a more traditional squared-off space full of tables) which means there's a constant flow of traffic past your table while you're eating, and it's a little (ok, a lot) noisy, especially with the constant shouts of "Welcome to Moe's!" ringing out. That said, I can't imagine going to Moe's if you're looking for something quiet and intimate, so those things don't really count against it much. The staff is usually pretty quick, and get your food order right. The prices seem reasonable considering you can add a whole bunch of stuff to your burritos or salads without paying extra. It's not going to be anybody's favorite TexMex, but on the whole, Moe's is alright. read more

We used to frequent this place and it is right around the corner from me. We should've known there was a problem there was no "welcome to Moes' greeting when we came in. There was a boy on the line who appeared to be younger than the child labor law permits. One person Who was adding ingredients to our order did not even speak to us. I had to ask for a second bowl for the salad I was asking for because there was a very burned one on top. I second the other commentor who noted the stingy portions. They barely put a scoop of meat on my salad and when I asked for more the girl walked up purposefully to the register to say this was a double portion. Went to Mo's after a coworker wrinkled their face at the mention of the competitor named after a spicy pepper. They insisted it would be the better choice. It was after the lunch rush, and no one was behind me in line. While they put beans in the burrito of the person in front of me, I noticed the beans were located opposite the meat containers, making the very soupy beans to drip all over every other food container whenever they were served. I had a steak bowl. From the start I was offput by the extremely underwhelming meat proportion. There were exactly 6 pieces of meat in the bowl when the server began moving to the next station. I said "double meat" hoping for a real helping. Well, I got about 6 more (props for ensuring double meant 2x). I said "is that really double meat?" and the server carefully took a partial helping with 3 pieces of meat. In total I have about half as much as the previously mentioned competitor would have put in my bowl. Fine, "maybe it's amazing" I thought... I asked next for Pico and the next server put a 3/4 scoop in my bowl. I asked to add some tomatoes and guac. The server must have been in a rush, because they had to back up to get to those since they assumed I was done ordering. I asked them for "two lime wedges" which they put in 1 and slid the bowl down to the cashier. While finalizing my order the cashier was asking me it it was for here or to go, and while I was speaking another employee cut me off and spoke to the cashier about doing dishes after finishing with this customer. I had to repeat myself because they didn't hear me. After taking my food I still was hoping this would be amazing, it sure looked nice, despite the portions and the staff's apparent apathy. The food was cold. All of it. Not cold because the pico caused the once hot steak to cool, the beans, the meat - all cold. I eat leftovers from the competitor and don't mind it cold... but it shouldn't start that way. Then there is the meat itself. I eat a lot of steak and have a certain expectation of "fast food" steak. The meat they prepared was not properly trimmed and the texture while cooked to tenderness was not USDA choice and certainly not prime. There were a few pieces that were mostly 1/16" thick bands of tendon, which should have been trimmed off to begin with since they are inedible. The flavor of the steak, while not offputing, was rather unremarkable.There is not a distinctly "Mos" flavor, unless you count maybe generic tomato beef mix.
