Moe's Southwest Grill is in some areas hard to find, so I stopped at this one while in the area. Moe's shares its location with other businesses including Easton Asian Bistro and a First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union. I was dining at an off hour, so Moe's was empty and I received fast service. Went with my standard chicken bowl, Moe's Sauce, and added Guacamole. The portion was big enough I couldn't finish the bowl. Coca-Cola Freestyle machines were working as expected. Only downsides I will note is the chips and salsa could have been better. They only had three salsa options, which I'm not sure is the chains new standard, but had three sauce options. The chips also seemed to not be fresh. Went to this store to get two bowls for dinner later that day for me and my husband. Customer service was terrible. There were 3 people on the service line. First person starts your order, she was not professional at all, no hello or thank you, just stern with what we wanted in our bowls, second person puts the rest of the veggies and ect. On the bowls and again just asked "what do you want" then you go to the girl who checked me out, she sat at register for 6 minutes, without ringing me up and again not caring about the customer at all. At that point now there was 4 people waiting to check out. Have no idea what she was daydreaming about. The concession stand where you can get salsa was so dirty with food all over. So no salsa for us. This store needs to train their employees on how to be professional and nice. read more

After another long day of travel, we needed a quick dinner at a place that would hopefully be better than Chipotle. Yet, this place was very underwhelming. All of the food was room temperature which made the flavors and textures undesirable. First visit so I was a little confused about the process. I ordered a custom burrito as per the instructions on the wall, but then the staff members told me to ignore what was on the wall and we went through the whole process again. I then tried to order what I thought was a pre-designed burrito called the homewrecker but again it just turned into 20 questions all over again about what I wanted on it. I have no idea why they have a menu on the wall. Staff were friendly though. The restaurant was clean. On Monday July 25,2022 @ 4:00 My husband and I stopped into a Moes on Nazareth Rd in PA...we where visiting and we are from NY. We love the Moes in Oceanside, NY and I guess we expected the same type of treatment. Anyway, first we walk in one person in front of us, five workers in the back laughing it up. The only one working or trying to work was the girl at the register. We looked at the selection and everything the place included was dirty. I mean really dirty so dirty I could not even eat there. Stuff was mixed with other stuff the metal between the foods had different food on it. I will report this to the health department that's how bad it was. Now wonder it was empty. I love Moe's and this one is always on point to the Moe's standards. Sometimes the line may get long and it may take a little longer then usual but everyone is always friendly and makes sure you have everything you asked for. The food is always consistent and delicious for fast Mexican. I always get the taco shell salad with chicken and you just pick all your favorite toppings. The mexi ranch is great as well as the queso! Get some perks when you download their app too! Also always love the fancy soda machines! I love me some Moe's! Glad they opened up so close to home. It's a great location a little down from Wally World so you don't have to deal with driving around the strip mall! This Moe's is located to the left of the new Sheetz right off of 248 and there is plenty of parking. It's obviously very clean and shiny looking since it just opened a few days ago. It's very busy and has some opening pains as expected. I got the salad in the taco shell. The gal was not as generous as other locations with the toppings. When I got home, there was hardly any steak as well as toppings in my salad. A little disappointing but I do realize it's a new location. I would recommend holding off for a few weeks while they work through the kinks and it slows down a bit so you don't have to wait in line for a long time. If you haven't been to a Moe's, it's worth giving it a try. I dig their food and glad they moved into the area so I don't have to drive all the way to Airport Rd. read more

Pricing was well what it was worth. Super friendly staff and very clean environment. We weren't impressed with their salsas, however that is not this locations fault. Overall, great experience and was very pleased with how full I felt upon leaving. Great place for some quick meals. Vegan and vegetarian options including tofu! Very happy with our visit! read more

I received my food it was good but I added a soda and I was charged three bucks, they didn't send it. I cannot get yelp on the phone and I'm annoyed because I do a lot of ordering on this app and I cannot believe I was charged for the soda they did not deliver it but I paid for it. This is the best Moe's I've been to.Very inviting and the people there are very sweet the food is awesome and it feels like I am at a Barbecue/ Mexican place... So cheap and filling. I visited Moe's tonight to get Earmuffs with steak to take into work with me. The staff was immediately welcoming upon entering the restaurant, and it just got better from there. My burrito bowl was expertly made, and each request I had was met with a friendly smile. I love Moe's and have visited almost 100 times at their locations near our home, but this location is my favorite for the courteous, quick service they provide. Lastly, the new margarita-flavored soda really hits the spot, and so glad they have a lower-sugar option as well. read more

Had them do a catering order for us. It was for a tailgate party after a soccer game. There can be anywhere from 70 to 90 people so it was a little hard to judge. I spoke with Guy and he was great, walked me through what he would do to assure there was plenty of food. They came early and set up for us and did a great job. The food was excellent and the presentation was great. That was my 23rd tailgate of the season and by far the biggest hit. The boys loved it and there was plenty of food for all. I would highly recommend them for a party. I understand that they are not open to long but they did a great job and will definitely use them again. read more

I used to go to Moe's all the time when I lived in Atlanta, and was disappointed when I moved to Easton that there wasn't one closer than Schoenersville Rd. I'm thrilled that we finally have one on this side of the Lehigh Valley. I have been there a few times since they opened and I have been truly impressed by how wonderful their staff is and how amazing the customer service has been.
