Beans were scraped off the bottom for 4 meals we ordered trying to scavenge the 11 beans put in my bowl. Then comes the cheese and 9 pieces of lettuce, iv never been somewhere that didn't stack your lettuce ever. This location needs retraining on how to roll a burrito and make a bowl. Burritos inconsistent sizes/rolls lack of food paid $50 to still be hungry for you to have a tip jar. No sorry, usually I would but not today Satan you can't give me lettuce, you can't get my green. Multiply Olivia from orange park location fire everyone else. All in all service was bad, food was good for the 4 bites I got, restaurant looked clean inside little worn on outside. Just came in to Moe's and my husband and i were having issues with our Moe's Rewards apps. Anthony was super quick to help and was so kind and patient with us!! Avery was the woman who helped us out at the register and she was very patient because we kinda had to go back and forth. I really love this location because the workers here are always so cool and the space is always very clean compared to others, not to mention there's more space to eat here than other locations I've been to. Absolutely terrible experience. The whole store was dirty, the food was old and stale, and there was one worker on the line who had a bad attitude. The drink machine spewed out orange stuff when I selected Coke, and the chips were stale and had black pieces of an unknown substance in them. There was no salsa out at the salsa bar. My family got 3 kids meals and we were told that there were no cookies when we were going to pay. Will never be visiting this Moe's location ever again! read more

Largest and busiest Moe's I have ever been in. However, they handle the crowds well, as far as orders go. Need to clean the tables though. Tofu was more cooked than usual, chewy, still sat around for awhile, wasn't very hot. Never seems to be. I have only one request over all these years and CORPORATE continues to ignore me.... Dirty tables, and salsa spilled all over the counter. The men's room was "close." I think they meant closed. The locks on both stalls in the women's room were broken. If you are a fan of the JC, then you know that it's probably the most tasteful quesadilla ever made. I get mine with chicken, rice, black beans, onions, and their famous corn salsa they have. I ate the whole thing in less than 10 minutes! Don't judge me lol. The dining area is ALWAYS clean and they have plenty of seating available. Outdoor seating is also available at this location. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The employees are in a good mood and every time that door opens, they never miss a beat in their "Welcome to Moe's!" greeting. I always give a "gas money" tip before leaving the restaurant because the customer service is so superb. read more

The nachos were a disappointment. The cilantro wasn't fresh. It was wet and turning brown and dark green, yet they still put rotting food on my plate. The nachos were stale and soggy. I ordered on DoorDash and they don't have an option EVER for special requests such as napkins, plastic ware, "dry" nachos on the side from the "wet" items being placed on top of the nachos, etc. Common sense should prevail in that you don't put wet food on top of dry food and expect it to still taste good. It's one thing if I was in the restaurant eating, but this delivery was 17 minutes away. Even 5 minutes away would be too long for food to be mixed together. They also left off the adobe chicken that I paid extra for. They didn't include any side salsa for the entree. I had a "side" that was free, of nachos and one ounce of gross salsa. This was nowhere near enough for the side nachos much less trying to add some of it on top of my nachos main dish. Of course there were no napkins or plastic ware. Yes, I need plastic ware for attempting to scoop up the soggy, bendy nachos. What about napkins? I work in a hospital and ordered this for lunch spending $18. I may go by this place after work and let them know how awful this was, but since I ordered thru DoorDash, I doubt they will make it right. read more

This Moe's used to be awesome, but I don't know what happened. The past 3 times I've been there (within the past month), the staff seems all new and they operate with the speed & efficiency of confused sloths (no offense to sloths). Not sure if they changed because of management, a staff overhaul, or both but something needs to give soon or I'll be finding a new Moe's location. On top of being sloppy and untrained, the staff doesn't even seem happy. Also, the salsa is runny and you can't order online anymore... SIGH. I just had the absolute, positively worst carryout experience of my entire life at this Moe's. If I could have negative stars, I would use them. One star is far too good for this experience. My wife and daughter submitted and paid online at 4:45pm (per the receipt); the pick-up time was 5:05pm (per the receipt). When I arrived at 5:09pm, the pickup rack was empty. I waited a couple of minutes in line and told the worker I was there to pick up my order. Turns out they hadn't started the order. I was told to stand by the pick-up rack while they got my order ready. So, I waited...and waited...and waited. After 10 minutes, they actually started making my order, based on the fact that the worker had to flag someone else down to start my order. They were steady, but not busy, based on number of people in line. After another 11 minutes, I saw a bag be put by the cash register at the other end of the line, but there was no way to know that was my order. I had watched several people (over 6 that I can recall) who arrived after I did order, pay, and leave, and after seeing a family get their food and the bag was still sitting by the register for a couple of customers, I went down to ask if that was my bag. Turns out it was, and thus after a 30 minute wait, I finally had my online order in hand. From online order to bag in my hand took nearly 1 hour! Bottom line: I'm NEVER ordering or buying anything from this Moe's again, and I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this place. This was my second, and last, experience of having my order not made when I arrived and waiting for quite a while before getting my food, but I thought the last time was a one-time thing. My family and I went to this moes on our way home from a trip to Mississippi and we got here around 9:15/9:30 and they had already closed everything down. They literally only had ground beef and that's it. If you're being paid to do a job, you need to do it right and not close until your sign says. This is ridiculous.
